Everything had been going quite well and we were satisfied with all the interior curtains/blinds that were installed.
Unfortunately when it came to the outdoor blinds we have not had an acceptable completion in our opinion. There was a gap left above the header box due to unevenness of the timber frame. The measurer (Marc) knew about this and advised us that the installers would be able to deal with it. They needed to get some angle bracket to complete the job. Something we thought was part of the job. Marc contacted us quoting $300 to finish of the job. We then contacted him twice stating that having spent over $5,000 on the blinds we assumed that they would be finished off properly. He has not bothered to respond to either of our requests for a re- think of the additional cost. It’s not even about the money, it’s about the expectation. Very poor form.

We have purchased curtains/blinds from Rundle prior to our recent purchase.
Reason we went back, is the previous purchase of curtains was exactly what we required. After we showed Rundle Blinds a photo of curtains we stayed in accommodation in Queenstown New Zealand. We are very happy with the result of our recent purchase from Rundle Blinds.

I had Luxaflex shutters installed in our house and they have made the world of difference to each of the rooms. They have given our home a more classic and timeless appearance. So easy to use and are indestructible, as well as being super easy to clean. I would highly recommend Luxaflex shutters over other brands. Rundle Curtains and Blinds were a pleasure to deal with.

Unfortunately a very bad experience. I payed upfront for expensive S fold sheer and blockout curtains in July. They took measurements but the curtains they provided didn't fit (hemmed uneven) and they were extremely creased. Customer service were terrible at returning my calls and emails. They took the curtains away numerous times and they still didn't fit the space when they returned. 7 months later and they're finally right.

We have now installed both translucent and block out Duette shades within our last two homes over the last five years, we couldn’t be happier with the product. Luxaflex and Rundle Blinds have consistently provided us with quality products, excellent after sales service and a genuine warranty. Thank you for looking after us.

Beautiful Lumnishades are the best of both world, versatility of vertical blinds but elegant appearance of flowing curtain. No chains at bottom allow you to effortlessly "walk through" them. Absolute best choice I made & great after sales service at Kings Park SA!

It was a seamless experience with Luxaflex. The sales rep at the showroom was helpful and professional, the fitting happened quicker than I had expected and the actual fitting took about 10 minutes. We had two pirouette blinds purchased and installed. Communication from Rundle blinds was helpful and accommodating to organize a date and time that was suitable.
There was an issue with one of the blinds on installation which required replacement of the blind. The installer was able to temporarily fit the blind but the replacement came quickly and was all sorted in a professional manner.
