Our experience with Luxaflex Myaree was very positive. The staff were exceptional at their jobs and very passionate about the products they sell.
We didn't really plan to have many curtains in our newly renovated Fremantle home. However, after liaising with Edele and Dea we followed their recommendations and couldn't be happier. Everyone who visits our home comments on the beautiful curtains!

From the very first contact to the installation of the Plantation Shutters all went smooth. All staff are super, friendly and efficient. I love the shutters, so practical and elegant. They keep light and sound out when closed. I’m one very happy customer who recommends this company.

It all came down to the service and quality of the products. The excellent service started with Dea assisting us choosing our blinds followed by Edele who came and measured the whole house for our requirements. Then came David who fitted the blinds and shutters. All professionals and delivered on time. All this amazing service came from the Luxaflex Myaree Team. My husband and I send a big thank you to all.

Our consultant, Edele, was so patient and helpful through the whole experience. We did a full house including motorized systems, custom fabric curtains, and external blinds. Edele was on top of everything ensuring issues were resolved ordered were placed to meet timelines and installation went very smoothly. Love all our curtains but the biggest surprise was the alfresco blind. It’s the magna track and it’s a game changer for reducing heat and wind. Amazing!!!!

The advice on colours and style was very friendly, efficient and had experience and expertise in the business of window treatments. The Lumishade product is absolutely stunning. The doubled block out with the screen view roller blinds solves the west facing window glare and heat issues. The follow up emails were easy to understand and the updates providing information on installation times and dates were appreciated. The installer was also quick and efficient. The product was exactly what I ordered and fitted my windows perfectly. The Luxaflex products may be a bit more expensive than other cheaper alternatives, but it is an extremely stylish product and will add value to our house in the long term.

The consultation process was informative and friendly. Blinds were installed well and the material is high quality. Gives a great look. However, the winding mechanism makes an awful rattling sound and is quite slow. It unfortunately detracts from the feeling of quality, like having screeching brakes on a luxury car. I have used much cheaper blinds which are smoother and faster to operate. Overall I would recommend them, just give them a try first.

The sales people were very knowledgeable and helpful in advising us on our choice of blinds. The installer was experienced and friendly.
