I do NOT trust most of these reviews - obviously very false! This place is a bunch of shonky scammers pretending to be based in Melbourne but actually operating out of China & selling very cheap products advertising false claims about the function & quality of their goods, they that are NOT as advertised. Do NOT deal with them, they are evasive, will not give you information & you will have ALOT of trouble trying to get any kind of service or refund from them. They will also try & scam you out of your consumer rights such as not returning goods at their cost. DON'T DO IT! They need to be reported to the ACCC & shutdown entirely! Absolute nightmare to deal with & completely fraudulent.

My experience with Luxans has been nothing short of frustrating, disappointing and completely unacceptable.

I ordered a skirt and had to wait TWO WEEKS before it was even dispatched. Then it took another week to reach Sydney. For one clothing item, this is already an unacceptable amount of time.

Then the delivery became an absolute disaster.

The parcel was supposedly “out for delivery”, yet nobody actually attempted to deliver it to the address I provided. The address was my partner’s workshop, which is open 7am–8pm, with around 15 people working there, including three receptionists. There was ALWAYS someone there to receive the parcel.

There was no delivery truck, no delivery person and no attempted delivery.

Instead, my parcel was dumped into a 24-hour parcel locker in a suburb that isn't even in my area. I don't use parcel lockers, I don't want parcels left there and I certainly did not request this.

Then, because I couldn't collect it within two days, it was moved to a Post Office nowhere near me that is only open Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.

I WORK FULL-TIME.

I don't work anywhere near this Post Office and it would take me around an hour to travel there in the complete opposite direction from where I work. Why on earth should I have to rearrange my workday and spend hours travelling to collect something that I PAID TO HAVE DELIVERED?

And here's the most frustrating part — Luxans' customer service has been absolutely useless.

Instead of actually taking responsibility and helping resolve the problem, I've had to repeatedly chase them for answers. I've been given explanations that simply don't match what actually happened, and I have had to do the investigating myself to even find out where my parcel was.

I purchased the skirt from Luxans — not Australia Post. I paid Luxans for delivery, and I expect Luxans to actually assist when their chosen delivery service fails.

This is NOT how you treat customers.

I have wasted an incredible amount of time dealing with something that should have been incredibly simple: order → dispatch → deliver.

Instead, it's been weeks of waiting, chasing, frustration and absolutely no proper assistance.

I am extremely angry and disappointed with this experience.

I will NEVER order from Luxans again, and based on my experience, I would strongly think twice before giving this company your money. The clothing might be nice, but the customer service and delivery experience have been absolutely terrible.

I initially ordered this same light for $639.80, It had not arrived after several weeks and I emailed to follow up and see when it would be delivered. I was emailed by sophie and she said I had cancelled the order, which I had not. She also said they would refund my money and I could re order. I went on line to reorder and the price had been inflated then discounted to $900 odd. So I emailed sophie twice to see if she could reinstate my order at the original price, I did not receive any response. This discount will be very welcome as the light itself looks great.

Fast and easy online purchase. Once the order was placed, I emailed them with a follow-up question, and they responded immediately. Impressed with how quickly they responded and would definitely recommend them.

The site was easy to navigate offering simple size charts to ensure correct size, no added delivery fee was also great, cant wait to receive the shoes.

Fantastic selection of beautiful lights for my new house. Was almost too hard to choose given the amazing selection and prices that made narrowing my choice all the more challenging. I wanted three times as many as I need (or can fit in my house).
The size/colour ranges for a lot of the lights added to my shopping dilemma. Information and quality of photographs and images on each light really helpful. Will definitely be back 😊

Easy to navigate, ample options and great pricing on an amazing product.

First of all, their website is highly misleading, these guys are NOT Australian based, they are based in China, the items say in stock ships in say 3 days, as you are led to believe they are in Australia 3 days seems reasonable and I placed my order. 3 weeks later I was still waiting, I took them to task, and they apologized about their website. when the jacket finally arrived, it was more than two sizes too small, I'm and honest 2XL I even used their online measurement chart before ordering, but the jacket they shipped was a SM at best. I wrote to them and they offered me, if I paid another $29.64 I could choose another items to the same value as my original purchase. I argued this and they offered me 15% partial refund then 25%. none of this was my fault and I wanted a full refund or replacement; they told me I have to pay to return the jacket and they would only give me 25%, WTF, I sent them a copy of the Consumer Protection Act, and they have ignored me since. DO NOT for any reason buy from these people.
