Great kettle! Beautiful!

BEWARE!! They advertise same-day dispatch via Australia Post, yet over a week later my order has still not been dispatched and the tracking link provided to me on multiple occasions is invalid.
They claim to have a Melbourne store, however I have serious concerns about whether the store image shown on their website is genuine or ai generated.
I was also offered a 50% refund in exchange for leaving a review. I did so, but the refund was never provided and my questions about it have been ignored.
I have now reported the matter to my bank and the ACCC. Save yourself the hassle and do not order from this website!!

Ordering process as simple as possible, remembering not everyone is computer savie.

It took a while to get here but it was worth it at the end.

Great prices and the order process was very easy to navigate.

So easy to find the perfect lenses to replace the one I had cracked. Website was super smooth the navigate to what I needed. No more throwing away perfectly good frames anymore.

My daughter loved the boots. Luxans were easy to deal with & gave regular shipping updates. Id buy from this seller again

It was fast and easy - I was looking for something specific but all it took was one search and it got me exactly what I wanted first go. The price as well compared to other places I had JUST looked at was also far, far more desirable (although I've obviously yet to receive the item, hopefully it is good quality.)
