Ordering the item I wanted was easy. Delivery was within the time expected. The head razor was a gift for my son and he is very pleased it's performance. Overall a successful purchase and I would certainly order from Luxecare again.

Nice company to deal with… and their product the Luxe toothbrush is a pleasure to use. It has long battery life and uses the same charger and cord as my mobile phone which is a big plus. It has a gentle but cleansing effect on my teeth.

I've gave 5 star as they have redeemed themselves. I bought an IPL device but unfortunately it didn't work. It took some time to get a response at first which was frustrating. But then today I got an email apologizing. Saying they are busy and as a token of good will for the delay along with a new device I will get a complimentary gift.
More than happy with that. And I understand companies can get busy.

The product is high quality and the blades make short work of shaving my dome smooth. Will be purchasing replacement blades again as I am extremely happy with the product.

Ordered a led face mask, the quality is cheap and bad, the elastic band around face didn’t fit properly, asked to return item they didn’t accept because already opened the parcel box, and Peter promised to come back via email and deal with problem never come back in a month time, don’t waste your money, buy from guaranteed shop.

Awful experience. Delivered aignificantly late and now silence from support email when needing a refund trading standards next

I purchased the water flosser and the nozzle is ill fitting making it leak.
I have contacted customer services numerous times and have not had a response. This company prides themselves on their response time, but to date this has proved to be a false claim.
This is very frustrating as I cannot resolve my issue. I would not use this company again.

My IPL laser device stopped working within the warranty period. At first, customer service responded and asked me to send a video showing the fault, which I did immediately. After that, they completely stopped responding.

I have sent multiple follow-up emails and have been ignored every time. I am left with a faulty product and a company that appears to have no intention of honouring its warranty obligations.

I would not buy any of there products.

Love my Luxe toothbrush. Very efficient and cleans throughly. Very quiet and helpful different modes. Good quality case. Would highly recommend.

I cannot believe the amount of food it has taken out from my teeth. I’m so pleased I bought it.

I’ve been using it for over a year now — I bought it in May 2025. First of all, the charging cable is really short and not great for body use. Luckily I’m petite, but I still think it’s far too short for the intended purpose.

Secondly, I don’t think it has reduced hair growth as effectively as my previous IPL device. The fact that maintenance is needed 1–2 times a week is also annoying.

Overall, I won’t be repurchasing it. At £150, I think there are better options available for the price. I’ll keep using it for now so the money doesn’t go to waste, but I’m not particularly happy with it.

The pressure of the flosser is weaker than my 3 years old non branded Amazon water flosser that cost £20 rather than Luxe £60 with very poor customer service. I’ve complained requesting a resolution to replace my product or refund it since 30th of April and still haven’t received any resolution. Reporting to ombudsman for false advertisement. Totally scammed.

Best electric toothbrush i have ever used, Previously i always opted for a hard brush, i have 100% changed my mind, soft brush, teeth have a ‘dentist clean’ feel
Dentist complained my gums were swollen (brushing too hard)
Nothing i can say other than you do need this toothbrush
