AVOID THIS COMPANY the name of this person is Abubakar Vans Do not trust this person or company. The item took almost 3 weeks to arrive. They ignored every email I sent them. The phone number on the website does not exist! I contacted my bank after 2 weeks of being ignored and the bank gave my money back. A couple of days later the Product arrived! I then got a message from the company telling me if I didn't give the money back they would put me all over tick tock! I blocked them, they then sent a message from a different number calling me a silly T**t, vile people. They have the money back now by going through the correct route of contacting their bank, I had to tell them to contact their bank as they obviously have no idea how finance's or business work. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

I bought the device in November 2025 and by January 2026 it was no longer working/ flashing I emailed asking about the warranty and recieved no response, Would not recommend.

It seems impossible to return the item. It is not working for me.

Absolutely shocking customer service! As a matter of fact customer service does not exist!! The appliance is total rubbish and a waste of money. I requested a refund the day I received the item and several times since but no reply or acknowledgement from the company. Stay well clear of this company they are crooks.

Unlike some unfortunate souls on here, I was fortunate enough to get a refund (clearpay/credit card recommended next time as it gives you extra buyers protection), however it didn't come without its challenges. Named challenges are a person in charge of their emails, who would prefer to insult customers, suggest they're poor and possess poor grammar. *UPDATE* Further to my review, they like to stalk social media profiles, threaten karma upon customers and cast false accusations around of someone being a nonce. Whatever your plan is for my "karma", I would like to remind you of slander and deformation so maybe think before you throw your toys further out of the pram than you already have!

Review of the product, its cheap. It feels cheap, looks cheap, is cheap. Entices you with next day delivery, hides behind an asterisk with "may take upto 10 days". Doesn't work without a power cord (even though photos show model appearing to use without cord). Will shell out for the £500 phillips on as they suggested, with a huge grin on my face because I can afford to.

Would give 0 if it was an option. No return policy. Would not accept return as product had been opened up not used at all

Received a faulty item, emailed to get a refund and return the item, only to be told I was using it wrong. Emailed back to say I was using correctly as I was following the instructions and it definitely was not working and requested a refund and return again and had no further response.
Terrible customer service, don’t waste your money as they’ve now stolen from me and I have a faulty product

Great value. Arrived quickly and delivery communication was good. Only used once so too soon to comment on effectiveness but easy to use.

No complaints. Got my product the next day and so far loving it.

Product broke within a week. My emails were not answered. The machine developed a fault where it kept flashing without any contact. A loose wiring. Complete waste of money.

No customer service and no other way of getting a refund as they only give that option to return

Delivery took 2 days extra then expected however this was communicated via email. The product was very good and price wise cheapest in the market. Happy with the service provided

Emailed regarding return of my item wouldn’t let me return, they then mentioned about it being 2 weeks since having the product (been a busy bee forgot to attempt return) but in the policy states 30days. Had no contact since that email. Customer service is appauling.
Item didn’t even work in the end.
Waste of money. Even more of a terrible company ☺️
