The flosser was great while it worked but sadly stopped working after about 11months. I’ve since been in touch about a replacement given it’s in warranty. It’s been a month now and I’m yet to receive a replacement. Hoping it turns up soon…

I purchased the sonic toothbrush and the process was very easy and straight forward. The product arrived well packaged and all intact. The tooth brush itself is very easy to use and does a great job of cleaning my teeth, better than my previous more expensive Braun IO. I would highly recommend this product.

I had a little hiccup with and order I had made and was paying through Klarna. I had to get intouch with Luxecare company, I e-mailed them, not expecting a reply as with most companies. I was pleasantly surprised with a lovely, polite e-mail from them. thier e-mail was in detail, there was no need for me to try to ring them. I found them to be most accomodating and helpful and determined to resolve my situation. They did solve the problem and in one day. I was so grateful to them, and so surprised how polite the e-mails were. If every company took a leaf out this company's book the world would be a happier place.

I bought this product from the website when it was on sale. I have only used the product so far but it was comfortable to use and easy to use. I am hoping to see some results from using the product over time.

I was impressed with the Luxe water flosser I bought last year. Very effective and with useful features like the ability to empty the last drops of water from the chamber. I was even more impressed with the excellent customer service I received when the product recently went wrong. All dealt with in a couple of emails and a replacement being delivered shortly. Go Luxe!

Great product, swift delivery.

I had a slight issue with my LED face mask and Peter in customer care dealt with my problem quickly and efficiently.

A very good toothbrush. I have used many like it before but this is the best I’ve used. I had a slight issue and contacted customer service who were quick to reply and sorted everything out in minutes for me. I recommend anyone to try this product.

Amazing product, easy to use and better than its Braun equivalent . The continuous pulses make it easy and convenient to use without having to hold down the button continuously.

Peter from Customer Service is the man. My device broke within warranty but was out of stock. Luxe kindly offered to replace with another product, even one more expensive in good faith. He helped me pick something as a gift for my wife. Top man.

My water flosser wouldn’t work so I got in touch with Luxecare and received a reply to my email almost immediately (and on a Sunday!). I emailed Peter back and told him what had happened and it was decided that they would send me a new flosser. How refreshing dealing with a company who care about their customers. Overall my experience with Luxecare has been so professional and positive. Thank you Peter.

I had quite a major issue with my Luxe water flosser but thankfully the company have responded very quickly and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

My Luxe Sonic toothbrush has been brilliant. It has really helped me with my gum weakness and made looking after my teeth a much more comfortable and pleasurable experience.
The choice of cleaning programmes and the ability to alter the strength of the brush action is perfect.
My Oral care has never been so easy.

Initially I received a faulty unit. It would only work for about 15 seconds and then the battery would should as empty.
I contacted customer care and they were very responsive and agreed to send me a replacement after I sent a video showing the unit draining from 100-0 in seconds.
I received the replacement unit which is excellent. It is a great product. Customer care were very helpful throughout, and very focused on customer satisfaction.

Had a fault with my waterflosser and customer care responded very quickly and have been extremely helpful. Would recommend the product and highly recommend customer care. Very loyal to customers
