Went above and beyond to sort a error that I made plant delivered quickly and in beautiful condition

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Luxe Leaf Plants.

My plants have still not arrived, despite repeated attempts to contact customer service. Every time I ask for an update, I receive the same response telling me to wait. No clear delivery date, no proper explanation and no real solution. How long is a customer supposed to wait?

To make matters worse, a plant I received previously arrived in a damaged and unacceptable condition.

Trying to obtain a refund is equally frustrating. Customer service repeatedly claims that the manager is unavailable or too busy, while staff say they have no authority to make decisions. This leaves customers going around in circles with absolutely no resolution.

I have been extremely patient, but this situation has become completely unacceptable. These are LIVE PLANTS, not ordinary parcels that can be left in transit or packaging indefinitely.

A company should take responsibility for damaged products, delayed deliveries and customer complaints instead of constantly making excuses.

I am still waiting for a proper resolution and my money back.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Very disappointing customer service and a complete lack of accountability.

A great company who care about plants, how well they are delivered and especially the health of the plant. Great service from a great team.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered 3 items, only 1 arrived. There is no phone number available anywhere, the company email address kicks back each time and they don't reply to enquiries sent via their website contact form. I've lost £40 with no way to recoup. They are either con-merchants or going out of business. STEER CLEAR

Plant arrived damaged and in poor condition. No response from customer service after an online form submission, three instagram DMs and four emails, starting two weeks ago.

My plant arrived yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with it! 💚 It’s absolutely beautiful, healthy, and even more gorgeous than I expected. You can really appreciate the care and attention that has gone into it, and it’s already adding such a lovely touch of greenery to my home.

Bonsai tree delivered in broken pot with no gift card. Wasn't packaged well, but Bonsai in good condition.This was a gift for a friend so very disappointing. Emailed company twice & no response. Poor customer service.

SCAM COMPANY. Order was missing plant that id paid for. Contact email doesn't exist. AVOID!!!!

Avoid at all costs. Fraudulent company. Ordered and only received 1 item from and order of 5 - no telephone number provided. Company email address on website is also fake ( email does not work (I get Delivery Notification Failure)). Company does not exist.

Shame on them. Disgraceful

This is a SCAM, do NOT buy here. The company email and the phone are fake, perhaps they existed some time ago but they don’t now (they still take your money)

Very disappointed that I bought my plant almost two weeks ago and I still have not received it. With no progress on the tracking. Apparently it is still being processed.

I can only think that the company is heading into administration. I ordered from them 2025 with no issues. I placed an order on 2 Mar 26 which has still not turned up. They advertised a 2-3 delivery and despite chasing multiple times still no plant or refund. The first time I chased I received a vague reply to which I responded back on but since then no communication on my further 4 chasers even when demanding a refund. I chased again today and now received a bounce back on their advertised email address.
Appalling service, company shouldn’t be allowed to carry on advertising if they can’t fulfil existing orders. Do not use them

Absolute waste of time don’t respond or contact you regarding delivery. Not sure how to even attempt to get a refund now when they don’t even reply.

I ordered a plant 15 days ago, have had no reply to my messages and no update on my order.
There’s no number to call so customer service is non existent….
Highly recommend not to use
