Great plants

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.

The only plant I ordered was a Golden Pothos, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish.

Before ordering, I even contacted them through Facebook Messenger to ask about the quality of their plants. The agent reassured me by saying:

“Hi There, Of course, all our orders go through a quality check before being packaged 😊”

Despite that reassurance, the pothos I received was in absolutely terrible condition, with fungal-looking spots on the leaves and rotting roots. So much for the quality checks!

When I contacted them about the condition of the plant, I was specifically advised to bin it, and I did receive a refund. However, after waiting an entire week for delivery, the whole experience was a complete waste of time and effort.

To make matters worse, I ordered a Golden Pothos, but received a mostly dark green pothos with only a few leaves showing golden stripes. This wasn’t the variety I wanted, and the product photos are misleading because they don’t seem to reflect what you actually receive.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I could have bought a healthier pothos from my local garden centre for a much cheaper price.

Overall, I’m extremely disappointed. I asked about the plant quality beforehand and was assured that every order went through quality checks, yet I received a plant in such poor condition that I was told to throw it away. Between the disappointing quality, the misleading product photos, the wrong appearance of the plant, and the week-long shipping time, I wouldn’t order from them again.

Save yourself the disappointment and check your local garden centres first. You may find a healthier plant for a much better price.

Easy to choose and buy, but delivery is not the strongest side. Ordered on Monday, dispatched on Friday, obviously didn’t get it next day as it was Saturday. Got the plants only on Tuesday as on Monday “delivery was attempted”.
Well not the fastest delivery, unfortunately

This is Beards and Daisies in disguise.

I was about to buy a plant from Beards and Daisies but decided to change based on some bad reviews about packaging and pests.

However, it came in a Beards and Daisies box, and had the leaflet inside. The packaging was too small for the plant and the top of the plant had been bent to fit so there is damage on the top leaves.

The plant itself looks relatively healthy but will stick to paying a bit more for Patch Plants in the future.

I have used Leaf Envy recently to send a gift I knew the recipient would be delighted to receive.

I had an issue with my initial delivery, which was no fault of theirs. The team didn’t hesitate to help assist me with my problem and ensured a new product was sent out to me super fast! Particular shout out to Rosie for all her help :)

There was an issue with not getting next day delivery but they refunded the postage to me. The person I purchased the plant for had just had an operation and the plant really brightened his day :)

The parcel came promptly and was in a splendid condition. My family member also bought a plant within the same week and it was truly the same wonderful service. Thank you for your care :)

The plants delivered were lovely, well packaged and healthy - however, communication around delivery was non-existent. Luckily, I happened to be in when they were delivered.

We ordered 5 house plants - all came in good condition and well packaged. Was impressed and good value as well.

Exceptional customer care and fenominal money tree and pot. Quick delivery, and recieved a healthy,undamaged plant. Highly recommend.

Dystopian inaccessible customer service....confusing delivery information and woeful system for dealing with orders not received.

Very realistic artificial plants- a very wise investment for my home that is limited on natural light, super pleased with how they brighten the place. Excellent service and will shop there again!

So disappointed with this company. Tried to send a plant to a friend who had lost a family member. Chased after the 5 days time frame given on website, was given tracking number for order, plant was not sent!! Would not use again, expect things to be delivered when requested and arranged. Really let down

Delivery was fast and reliable and the plant was sent in excellent condition - it’s so vibrant and beautiful! Definitely a great place for all your plant shopping needs.
10/10 would recommend and definitely worth a second purchase
