Yes, customer satisfaction is our priority, however,
all information about the delivery is indicated in Delivery Policy page of our website, and in the product page, it is mentioned that sometimes due to high demand, usually we deliver in 15-20 days however, delivery can take 20-25 business days depending on conditions, such as weather, strict customs checking and so on.

you have placed an order in November 2 and we have mentioned in the description that usually shipping takes 12-15 days, however in some days due to high demand and other issues in customs,
