Elizabeth from LuxeTribes organised a Marrakech girls trip for the 4 of us from 8-17 November. From the moment we were picked up at the Airport by Zaid until the time he took us back for departures, we were well taken care of.

Highly recommend them for creating a stress-free holiday experience.

I had an amazing time traveling through Greece (Athens, Mykonos, Santorini and Crete) for 10 days with my family and friends. The entire trip was super organized, fun, positive and exceeded my expectations!

A huge thanks to our wonderful host Ioanna, who took care of us with all of our accommodations, transportation, excursions, activities and much more. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Grecian culture, history, cuisine, language and traditions.

Her service was exceptional and she went above and beyond for our large group! I thoroughly enjoyed my time and recommend Luxe Tribes and our host Ioanna to anyone who plans to travel Greece! #ToUs

Our 10-day trip to Greece with Ioanna was nothing short of exceptional! Our group of about 26 visited Mykonos, Santorini, Crete, & Athens. Ionna was the definition of luxury travel done right. She was incredibly prepared, informative, and accommodating every step of the way.

One standout moment was when rain changed our beach day plans, within no time, Ionna had an alternative experience arranged that turned out even better than the original! She kept us on schedule while making sure we enjoyed every single moment. The activities were thoughtfully curated and offered a wonderful variety of experiences.

Ionna is truly a phenomenal host and an absolute professional. This trip exceeded every expectation! Your company is blessed to have her. She is a great representation of what a host should be and she delivered a travel experience that exceeded my already high expectations.

This is my second time using luxe tribe and I will say they definitely aim to please. The itinerary could have had a few more fun activities included or more recommendations on the night life, other than that I enjoyed myself and learning all the things about Ghana. The night life we did discover through the friendly people we met added a bonus for more fun!!

I have never been so pleased in my entire life. Before planning to visit Brazil, I wasn’t sure how to go about planning an experience that would be worth my time and money. A friend told me about Luxe and I decided to explore their product. That’s when I met Gabriel who was so lovely and very patient and gave a detailed breakdown of the packages and I was super impressed, but I was still a bit guarded. But wow! They outdid themselves. From the hotel they booked and the pleasant hotel staff (every single one was pleasant and helpful) to the tour guides (Clara- she was absolutely lovely. I learnt so much about Brazil and the whole South America from her & she brought such great vybes on our tours. She was vibrant, kind, helpful and went above and beyond for us. Laurisa- such a great historian. She was amazing and took such great care of us and was so interested in knowing what we wanted to know to ensure our experience was even more personal and special). Also, that surprise dinner show that Gabriel booked was the icing on the cake! I would advise anybody to use Luxe Tribes and don’t hesitate to make this travel agency theirs now and forever more! 🥰❤️🥰❤️

We recently returned from a private trip to South Africa through Luxe Tribes.

First, the positive: South Africa is breathtaking. The accommodations booked for us were wonderful, and the local guides were phenomenal. They were knowledgeable, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel well taken care of. They were the true highlight and salvaged the trip.

Unfortunately, the coordination and customer service from our agent, Elizabeth, were disappointing beginning a few weeks prior to our trip.

· Bait-and-Switch Communication: Before we paid, Elizabeth was polite. Afterwards, her communication became unresponsive and unprofessional.
· Unprompted, Last-Minute Changes: She attempted to make sudden, unprompted changes to our itinerary, which also revealed a surprising lack of familiarity with South Africa (We believe she is based in Kenya, which may have contributed to this).
· Lack of Attention to Detail: A clear example of this neglect was on our domestic flight from Johannesburg to Cape Town. She had reserved seats for my husband and me in completely different rows, leaving it to us to sort out with the airline staff at the last minute. For a luxury travel company, this basic oversight is unacceptable.

This initial experience was especially disappointing because I was very intentional about supporting a Black-owned business, and the on-the-ground experience proved they have incredible partners. However, the behavior of the coordinator, who is the main point of contact, fundamentally undermined our value of the service (for South Africa at least). I would be willing to utilize Luxe Tribes again, but not in South Africa.

I had the most amazing trip to Cartagena, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience! It was amazing working with Luxe Tribes. Astrid and her team were phenomenal guides—warm, knowledgeable, and so much fun to explore with. Every activity they planned was a highlight, from our unforgettable time in Palenque to the relaxing day at Bora Bora, and the vibrant street tour rich with culture and history.

The entire planning and organizing process was seamless. I worked with Jessie who listened to what I wanted for my 40th birthday celebration and she worked with the Luxe Tribes team to tailor everything perfectly. I felt taken care of every step of the way.

I had an absolutely incredible time and will definitely use Luxe Tribes again for future adventures. They curated an unforgettable experience for me and I highly recommend Luxe Tribes!

Luxe tribe planned the perfect Bali birthday/girls trip for me and my friends. One phone call and the travel planner Priscilla was able to grasp the vision and executed perfectly. Quick response to emails/text and the team is very flexible as we moved a few things around once we were on the ground in Bali. I already have another call set up for another getaway with Luxe tribe. 10/10

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I had to make an exception this time. From the time we were picked up at the airport in Bali, this experience was truly awesome. Every day there was a new adventure. But what made this trip truly worth it was the top tier service provided by Ms G, Pancha, and Priscilla who had everything put together even before we boarded our flight! Even our driver was top notch and added fun even when going to various destinations! I already know I will be using Luxe Tribes going forward for my next vacation plans! I’ve already recommended them to my friends. Great service is always worth sharing!!!

My trip to Bali with Luxe Tribes was truly unforgettable! From start to finish, everything was so well-organized, and the whole experience felt effortless and fun.

A huge shoutout to Priscilla, our amazing trip organizer, who made sure every single detail was perfect. You could tell she and the Luxe Tribes team put a lot of thought into everything — the villas, activities, restaurants, and all the little touches that made the trip special.

Our tour guides, Pancho and Ms. G, were absolutely incredible. They were so knowledgeable and passionate about Bali’s history and culture, but also tons of fun to hang out with! Driving through the small towns and villages were special part of the trip because we were able to experience authentic Bali. Our karaoke sessions and sing-alongs in the van were the best..... We laughed so much!

If you ever book with Luxe Tribes, definitely request Pancho and Ms. G as your guides — they’re definitely the best! Always early, super organized, and they make sure everything runs smoothly.

My experience with Luxe Tribes on this Bali trip was absolutely unforgettable. The team was punctual, organized, and truly A++. It was clear from the accommodations, activities, and overall treatment that they carefully researched every property, location, and experience before booking.

Driving through the hills, cities, and towns was far more fun than I could have ever imagined. They’re always on time, often arriving at least five minutes early, ensuring everything runs smoothly. I had been eyeing Luxe Tribes for some years. They offered amazing trips to all the places on my bucket list at great prices. When my friends and I finally decided to take a girls' trip, I used this opportunity to try them out, and I was not disappointed. Planning a trip for four very different people isn't easy, but Luxe Tribes made everything so much smoother and easier. The staff, from the trip coordinator to the onsite team, were responsive and thoughtful. I will absolutely use this company again and again.

Their attention to details was top tier! We had a very enjoyable trip with lots of great items on our itinerary. Each adventure was well planned and those who were in charge of each event were friendly, knowledgeable, and great at their jobs.

I did a solo trip to Japan with Luxe Tribes. Even when I asked for additional things to do, they were gracious and helpful. When I had questions, they were answered in a timely manner. They created a good first time visit to the country that was helpful for when I go back

Luxe Tribes made my first trip to Bali an experience. Emilia helped plan a great trip including adding some other activities to the existing Luxe Tribes activities and plans. Our driver, Ketut, was the Best! And made sure we were on time for every activity on the full itinerary. My only recommendation is to incorporate more time for the best cultural experiences. There are so many unique and beautiful parts of Bali and no way to visit all of them. However spending time in the culture is often the best part of a new experience. The pictures are great and Pande our photographer was amazing. The welcome gift was such a special touch. The Villa and staff including, Ayu, at Villa Orenda was great! So kind and gave a special birthday wish on my birthday. 6 days didn’t feel like enough. Look forward to another trip to a new and exciting destination with Luxe Tribes.

This is my 2nd time using Luxe Tribes (1st being in Tulum May 2024 for my birthday). We decided to travel to Italy (Venice, Florence and Rome) for our Anniversary. We worked with a different team than our previous trip, but the experience was still amazing. We had clear and open communication before, during, and after the trip. One of our experiences had to cancel (due to weather) but our agent was able to offer us a refund and quickly find another activity for us. We actually ended up preferring the alternative. Our agent and driver were very knowledgeable about the locations we visited and also offered great shopping, food, and historical locations.

I normally prefer to plan my own trips, but I enjoy using Luxe Tribes for the times that I do not feel like doing the leg work. I plan to use them again in the future and will continue to recommend them to my friends and family.

My advice to anyone is to do your research before you travel. Never just go to a place and expect everything to be laid out for you. Learn a little about the culture and a few greetings in the native language.... you will have less surprises and it will go a long way!

Our Iceland girls trip was planned to perfection by Gabriel. He kept us up to date with the itinerary and went above and beyond to make last minute changes to better accommodate our group. All travel arrangements were also professional and on time.
