Never received my order. I was supposed to receive my order weeks ago and it never came. I checked the tracking number with Canada post and when I tried to start an investigation Canada post said they created a label but didn’t submit the product. Stay away from them.

I was a little apprehensive buying from this site as never heard of them but their prices are competitive for luxury brand Tom ford( usually purchase from All beauty)Am delighted to say they are genuine and no problems with my order-very satisfied customer and have ordered again!

I have come across this shop on eBay. The person who I communicated with was super responsive and helpful. Most importantly, the fragrance which I purchased was 100% authentic. I was also pleasantly surprised with a complementary sample of a different fragrance. Can recommend with confidence.

Bought a small 2ml sample of Maison Dior perfume off the e Bay site. It arrived very quickly and was well packaged. The fragrance is genuine and came decanted into a small sealed spray bottle. A great way to sample an expensive perfume before you buy or for a one off special occasion. Can't fault the service. Would buy again.

Ordered a sample of Mancera instant crush which is one of the harder to find mancera’s so a bit pricier and Lux was the only place I could find a decant. It arrived within 48 hours and as soon as I tried it I purchased a full bottle. Excellent service and a genuine product as I now own the original. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ . You can’t go wrong.

Always a little worried about decanted luxury fragrances but this was the genuine article and came in a good quality atomiser. Would definitely purchase from them again.

The ‘Lux’ isn’t in just the name of the business but every aspect of the company and it’s ethics. From receiving the initial email they sent me to thank me for my custom all the way down to the prompt delivery, to how carefully the sample was packed and labelled down to the handwritten note that was sent alongside the invoice.

I applaud the company for providing such a luxurious and personalised service with so much care and precision. They also sent me a complimentary Creed Aventus sample. I am honestly a fan and a forever customer. I have used sample services before and none are at their standard. The items are usually just put into a pouch and shipped in a plastic bag and that’s all but not with LUX! Clearly fragrance and impeccable service is the heart of this wonderful business and I’ll be sure to recommend them whenever I can.

Truly the best in the business, it’s clear they’re not just about putting money in their pocket but rather offering a premium service and valuing their customers which I highly respect.

My delivery took longer than expected and initially I wasn’t too pleased about it. However, Lux Fragrance emailed me to let me know why my order was delayed and they put in an extra sample for free! Very pleased with Lux Fragrance!
