LUX Mobile is a FRAUD! I was sent a defective case and have tried to resolve It for WEEKS now! TOTAL SCAM. They replied to one email after I SENT several and asked for a video of the defect and I immediately sent It and NO RESPONSE after several more emails. They owe me $104.85 if they won’t exchange the crap case they sent me (bought car charger too) and I will blast their fraudulent company every chance I get. AND if you call the number it’s a recoding and that’s It. What an awful poor company! Do NOT BUY FROM THEM.

All I can say is that this product is worth the money and wait. I've been using it but never had a problem.

I wish I read these reviews before I purchased one too. I was lured by their promotions and discounts for their products but like many others here, emails are unanswered and no delivery notice of my product. Its been over 2 weeks for me but no update. Do not buy from them! They will take your money and won't respond to your messages!

Refund requests ignored; No phone contact; they list s phone number but it’s a recording providing email address. LUXE MOBILE IS A TOTAL RIP-OFF; SCAM; FRAUD.

UPDATE: I was contacted by “The Luxe Team” shortly after posting this review. I received a conceliatory message offering both a Refund and A new battery case; they also requested that I remove my post. I want my refund, I already purchased another battery case; I don’t need another.

I told them I want my refund, as before they ignored this.

I received mine yesterday. Wow.. they said "first impression lasts".. and my impression with this product is .. SUPERB, it is really indeed. With the good quality, easy to use - case will just slide on and off without any struggle. I really need this product, because I travel a lot and it is just like an "angel" to me. The best gift for myself this year. Thanks a lot ... LUX 😍

Best phone cases I’ve ever had. No need to charge my phone anymore!

"live life unplugged" is the motto that Lux uses and truly, I don't see a day without using Lux. I no longer have to plug in my phone to the old fashioned outlets because thankfully, I interchange my phone cases and what a true convienance it is. The cases are extremely lightweight and slim so it doesn't add a bulky look that isn't portable like Mophies. I HIGHLY recommend Lux to anyone that is constantly on their phones like I am!

This case exceeded all of my expectations. I love how thin it is and how good the material of the case actually is. Delivery was also super fast. Only 3 days. I would definitely recommend these cases.

Great company. Great product. I use it daily and have given friends and family the battery phone case as well. Solid quality.

I received my case and liked what I saw. Then I began to use it. Within 2 weeks the lightning port would barely hold the charge cable. A few days later the case would not charge at all. It was just done. I contacted Lux through my purchase email as they directed. They said they were sorry to hear of my problem, but gave me the run around of emails over the course of a week. The final straw was when they said they needed me to make 2 videos of what the charger problem was...I told them I’m not playing their little game and that I will never order from them again. My charger was still under the 30 day warranty and they refused to replace it!!! This is a scam folks...

Ordered almost a month ago...no case!

Need it before I go travelling, so left plenty of time for it to be delivered. Multiple emails now ignored. Requests for refunds ignored. Nothing despatched.

Absolute cowboys.

Purchased two cases from Luxmobile one on the 19th March and another on 3rd April. I am still yet to receive these cases and I have chased Luxmobile with over 20 emails to zero response. Team of cowboys that take your money and don't deliver the goods. I have paid over 130 USD for these products and received nothing! Couldn't advise anyone from not buying a case from these people more.

Do not buy. Case goes defective after a few months. Do not buy!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. My case came defective and nobody answer. Just wasted my money. Read the reviews on Facebook also before buy. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

The cases are faulty and of poor quality. I don't think this is their proprietary design. These cases are purchased in bulk and just have their label slapped on the bottom. There's many merchants selling this exact same case with their own logo on it. Customer service is poor and takes weeks, if at all, for a response. Their 'Customer Service Representative' sent this email to me when I complained about the first case having a loose charging port:

Hi Douglas,

We strongly suggest to not push it too aggressively. Simply plug it in at night. If you need to charge during the day, take the case off and charge it separately to not damage the connector.

It takes 2 seconds. That's the point of a battery case.

We suggest using on genuine apple chargers.

After the replacement arrived, it stopped charging 2 weeks later and she sent the same email again and suggested I buy another case discounted.

Just a bad product. Works for a month or two then the charging port won’t hold a charging cable in place. It literally falls out and like someone else said, messes with the battery of the phone. They did replace my first case after 2 months but the second one has now failed after 3 months. Don’t buy this product!

Bought a charger and case. Charger doesn't work--and I was away on a trip--aka I can't return the defective charger anymore. The case kind of messes with my phone's battery....I should have looked up the reviews for this website and products before buying....

Bought two chargers. First one lasted maybe a few months. Second one, maybe a little longer. Company will not answer phone and will virtually never respond to email. Had to finally dispute charge. Bad product, worse service

I purchased two of the iPhone Lux Cases and have been astounded and how awesome they are for my phone and for my boss' phone. Her phone was going dead every afternoon and now she hasn't had it go dead with the Lux Case. My phone hasn't been depleted since receiving either. (We both have the iPhone 6s ) Been sharing with everyone I know that they need to get one of these cases. Probably going to get all my family one for Christmas.
