Lux Unique Limited Opiniones

Great communication throughout, from order to delivery...lead times are long, but worth waiting for an excellent product.

I needed to discuss my order for a custom built corten steel pond several times on the phone and the staff were exceptionally helpful. What a pleasure it is to speak to real professional people. I am very pleased indeed with the product that arrived on time. Congratulations to all concerned. I definitely recommend this company.

Steven was super helpful, we are very pleased with the bespoke planters and posts, very high quality!

A pleasure doing business with Lux Unique. Communication was excellent through all stages and meant we have ended up with exactly what we envisaged. We’re extremely happy with the quality, construction and functionality of our planter.

I'm very happy with the bottomless garden ring. Carefully delivered and made to the exact size I needed. Other sites didn't offer custom sizing. My mature olive tree will look spectacular planted in it. Looking forward to seeing the patina develop.

Great company to deal with, clear communication, great product and at great prices. Thank you!

Excellent corten pond end product, good to deal with and great customer service. Owner was happy to take a couple of hours out of his christmas break to show me around the workshop and some corten pond examples 🎯

Easy to order, very pleasant and accommodating to deal with and as a family owned company well worth supporting.
My Corten steel pond is perfect.

Simple ordering, timely delivery and helpful staff coordinating and assisting with our unusual site.

Ready on time, delivered as promised and very happy with the finished product!

The steel raised beds are manufactured to a high standard of quality. The service provided by both the manufacturer and the delivery company were very good. No complaints.

From my initial enquiry through to delivery I was very impressed by the service provided by Lux Unique. They provided technical drawings based on my hand drawn sketch for a raised planter using the retaining wall sections and made sure everything was good before confirming my order. Our landscaping team were very impressed by how easy the sections were to bolt together and install. The beds look great - can’t wait to get planting and watch them change to the Cor-Ten rusty colour.

From our first meeting, the company was customer focused in explaining their products and the process to obtain bespoke items. Steven and his colleagues were a pleasure to do business with and communication throughout was excellent. Products were delivered on time and we are absolutely delighted with the quality of workmanship and the aesthetic nature of our corten steel planters. Highly recommended.

We ordered 4 large corten steel vegs beds. The service and communication was excellent. The items were delivered ahead of schedule and are fantastic quality. Really well made. Would highly recommend.

Easy to use website and great communication. Very happy with our veg beds. Solid and extremely well made 😃

I recently purchased the Corten planters, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From start to finish, the customer service was exceptional—amazing, up-to-date communication at every step of the process. I received prompt responses to my inquiries, and they kept me informed about my order’s progress, so I never had to wonder about the status of my purchase.

As for the planters themselves, the quality is outstanding. The Corten steel gives them a unique, industrial look that only improves with age as the steel develops a beautiful patina. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and they feel sturdy and durable, perfect for both indoor and outdoor use. These planters are a fantastic addition to my space and truly stand out as a statement piece.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with both the service and the products. I highly recommend luxunique planters to anyone looking for high-quality, stylish planters with reliable customer support throughout the entire buying process.

Excellent customer service and lovely product.

I needed a custom designed plinth for a water feature, to be fabricated in corten steel. Lux Unique responded quickly with a competitive quote and got my order. I'm delighted with the delivered product, exactly to spec and beautifully made and finished. Highly recommended.

We purchased a corten steel pedestal for one of our bronze sculptures.
It was beautifully made - a work of art in itself.

A really helpful company with great customer service. The cylinders look great, so great that I've ordered some more rectangular planters built to exact dimensions.
Allows you to go 3D when building a garden as you can have planters of all shapes at different heights. Great for people like me with dodgy knees and a bad back.
