This company handled my order so well. Their products are so popular there was a slight delay but they were careful to let me know . In the event, they pulled out all the stops and the water feature arrived only a few weeks late. Good communication.

Very smooth experience. Ordered online and got a confirmation email. Then a few weeks later I was contacted to arrange a delivery, the item duly turned up on a pallete and was left where I asked. It then took 3 people to shift it, but that was my problem :) Very happy with the planter.

Just one thing to look out for - the weight of it. Make sure you have some strong friends to help.
