very swift delivery of Siberian goose down duvet. Sceptical at first re substantivity but after leaving to air for 24 hours
was very satisfied.

Duvet purchase
Slight delay in delivery times but didn't realise on back order. Delivery times very good and well advised of time due. Lovely product and very well finished off. Only dislike was tags on all corners intended to add additional duvet if required, at13.5 tog I dont think they were necessary.

I would never say this is a 15tog , colldest duvet ever for such a pricey quality and it's so light the air in bed didn't warm up.

There could have been a fault with the duvet, as customers have never really complained previously about the lack of warmth (especially our duvets with a very high tog rating).
