Easy to book our accommodation and good communication when we had questions about the property we were staying in

Easy company to work with and great stay in the UK

Fantastic property. Great communication with housekeeper. Only problem we had was that the hot tub was not clean and we had to empty, clean it and re fill.

Also, although this is not the properties fault there were a lot of flies around. But would recommend the property.

Quick to reply and very understanding of my requests.

Cottage was lovely, everyone very kind and helpful making it a relaxed an easy experience. Thank you. X

Had the most amazing stay at hawthorn cottage (Atherstone) for my mother’s 60th birthday. Place was superbly clean and comfortable. A great family destination. Will definitely be recommending.
A small recommendation would be having some better quality bathroom products, shampoos/conditioners and soaps.
We will most certainly be back though.

The booking experience was very straightforward and staff were very quick to respond to any queries.
Communication about directions, arrival etc was timely and accurate.
The property was beautiful 😍 in a peaceful location with all the facilities we needed for our weekend break.

I book all our staycations with Luxury Cottages because the service is efficient, helpfulness and courteous.

We were late bookers and the communication was excellent throughout. We made contact with Luxury Cottages following an issue of our making and they resolved without any fuss. Happy to recommend.

The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The views and sunsets were absolutely stunning . We were a large family of 10 adults , four children a baby and a dog and we all had a fantastic weekend thank you.

What a gem of a holiday cottage. The garden was perfect for our kids and dog to play and relax. I couldn’t get enough of the view over the strait to the peaks of Snowdonia. Amazing place for a holiday!

Comfortable with everything we needed for our stay

Amazing property with great facilities for large group to spend time together. Plenty of space for quiet time alone and for fun together. The host was really responsive. We arranged a private chef with was amazing, the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The games room is ace and a great fun family space

The house was excellent for a big family celebration. Standard throughout the house was excellent. Wonderful well equipped kitchen, amazing lounge and excellent bedrooms and bathrooms. Condition of decking outside bedrooms needs repairing and no comfortable seating in the garden. Outside chairs looking old.
Excellent location easy to walk into Hamble and down to the harbour.

Unfortunately, the windows at the front of the house were locked and could not be opened. We called the home manager, who brought a fan and acknowledged the windows were broken and had not been fixed, and explained we could open the windows in the back of the house. (Um, the breeze we desperately needed was in the front of the house.) The bed was also like lying on a cement block. The cost of the cottage was wildly expensive. In fact, more expensive than the flat we had just rented in Chelsea, London. While the explanation was that the heat was unexpected, it was not unexpected. We are well aware that there were several heat waves before this one. Cute cottage but not luxury. I nearly left a day early just to find someplace else to get a decent night's sleep.
