Amazing venue. Fanatics hosts. Would highly recommend

Very lovely accommodation set in peaceful location with stunning view. Everything needed was there. Short walk through village to beach, so no need to use the car. Local beach shop had sufficient basic stock and takeaway, open till 9pm. Hotel on the beach a great venue for sunset drinks. Consdering returning in 2027.

The setting was beautiful,the bathrooms and bedrooms were amazing however the main living area had no air conditioning and the windows are so high you couldn’t reach to open them, there were two very large fans but a room of this size and the amount of money it cost warrants having air conditioning. The maintenance team did come out and open the windows using ladders but then there was a storm and we couldn’t shut them so water started pouring in , we had to mop the floors with spare towels and move anything electrical! The kitchen is also not very well equipped in terms of cooking utensils, serving bowls and the knives were useless .There is no real outdoor private space which would have been a real plus considering the weather. We also had someone enter our building late at night as they had the code for the door and thought they were staying there but in fact were not booked in until the next night, very scary experience when we had gone to bed,and a lack of security on the estates part .

The cottage was lovely and clean and well furnished. The view lived up to the hype. I felt bread cooking in the bread maker was a bit ott and it lingered when we went to bed in the same room. We never got round to eating it as it was not needed.

The Old Vicarage absolutely matched expectation. It is a beautiful venue, curated and cared for with perfection. I look forward to another stay.

Our stay in the Little House in Oxwich was lovely but a few things need addressing. The mattress was very hard to sleep on, bedroom needed a dressing table, nowhere to sit to do hair and makeup. We didn't like the entrance to the hot tub, it was advertised as private but what it didn't tell you was you had to go out the front patio to access garden area, not private enough need a better entrance. I don't think I would stay there again as was not enough basic needs met within and outside of the house. The location was great to access beach, shops very close.

The cottage is very comfortable and well stocked plus the bonus of a relaxing pool just adds to the charm of the property. The hosts are very welcoming and responsive. We hiked one of the many trails through the nature reserve which allows for beautiful country views. The property is close to Henley which is convenient as we were there for the regatta. We had a great stay

The house and garden are beautiful and the view is magnificent. However, the instructions about how to find the house are completely inadequate and describing easy access to parking in the 2 local car parks while accurate fails to mention the excessive cost of parking for each 24 hours. The option of free parking on the outskirts of Mousehole needs to be included along with the fact that the nearest free parking is at least half a mile away. Adverting for the property needs to stress that only those who are physically fit can consider staying there as access to the house is via a very steep path and 2 sets of steps and, internally, there are 14 large steps liking the upper and lower floors of the house.
The fancy bath tub in the bedroom could not be used as the plug hole kept leaking. The control for the blinds in the bedroom wouldn’t work until we replaced the batteries with our own and some straight forward simple instructions about how to use the TV are definitely needed especially as there are 3 sets of TV controls available. With a property that is so expensive to hire everything has to be outstanding.

The accommodation was lovely and more than we were expecting. We had a private, enclosed garden with the hot tub and sauna. We met Rob on our arrival who was so helpful and welcoming. Situated in a pretty village. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely home with easy access to shopping (Booths), restaurants and the coastal road.

We stayed at Rye Top Farm could not fault it everything we needed & more we all had a great time.The hosts were fantastic nothing to much trouble would definitely recommend

I won’t be using this company again. The house was in poor condition. Dirty. And there was practically no support from the rental company.

There a MUCH BETTER companies who I usually use. This was my first and only experience with this one.

What an amazing place!
Stayed here for business purposes but would love to come back and use on a personal level, what a lovely peaceful cottage. The place was clean and had everything you needed. Lovely little touches like the fresh milk and eggs and the cake!! The hosts were lovely and friendly and always stopped for a friendly chat when we arrived back from our long days out at work which we loved. Thank you for a great stay! See you again soon. The Lodge@Leigh was lovely. Rob was very friendly and available to help at any time, if we needed it. Set in a pretty village not far from amenities. We would definitely recommend this stay. The hot tub and sauna were also a bonus. Very clean, ultra modern and lovely enclosed garden.

The cottage was very comfortable and well appointed. It was a nice touch for the hosts to leave a welcome basket.

We were a party of 13 adults and 7 children. The experience was excellent. The Children were never out of the swimming pool or hot tub. The adults used the hot tub, swimming pool and sauna. The dining area and lounge and pool table had full use.
The area was stunning with plenty of places to visit. Would highly recommend and would certainly go again.
