Everything was handled excellently keep up the good work

The lake house was absolutely beautiful.
The house was very well equipped.
The surrounding landscape was amazing.

We rented this cottage for a week as an extended family, ranging in ages from 3 to 52

The location is fantasic, it is rural but close enough to be only a short drive to many great tourist attractions. The views from the hot-tub are beautiful!

Whilst the cottage itself was comfortable and dog friendly, we were disappointed with the lack of general maintenance both inside and out - especially considering it was £2200 for 1 week.

The cottage was very comfy and well fitted out, plenty of tips on nearby pubs and cafes and local attractions. Any questions eg heating and parking were answered quickly. A wonderful experience!

Beautiful house, gorgeous gardens and really well equipped for a large party. Comfortable beds and lots of space for everyone. The only negative is that all of the shower gel/ shampoo holders were empty so a little frustrating as the other bathroom products really lovely.

Friendly, informative, helpful and seamless service

Rye Top Farm was a well equipped & clean lovely house in a great location - with fantastic views. There were lots of good local walks that we could do with our grandchildren eg along the canal to the ice cream parlour and up the hill to the war memorial. The owner got back to us immediately to answer our minor queries.

Fantastic experience staying at this beautiful little cottage - the kids loved it, we were very comfortable and the the amenities were all of high quality. Would recommend and we'd love to return.

Everything was provided and excellent property

Great location and exceptional accomodation finished to a very high standard . It had everything we needed and was also very dog friendly. Providing treats, blankets and dog bowls. We didn't need to bring any of the basics a complementary basket with local items butter,milk,eggs and biscuits were waiting for us upon arrive. The host was very friendly and knowledgeable regarding the local area. I would recommend a stay it's lovely and welcoming.

All contact with customer service was helpful and friendly and the holiday house itself was utterly stunning, everything had been thoughtfully considered, wonderful quality, in a beautiful location and the hosts were warm and immediately made us feel very welcome. The whole weekend was a lovely relaxing experience

The Dairy Fam cottage was immaculately clean with excellent facilities. They were able to accommodate an early check in and late check out too.
