Arrived quickly beautiful paint.

All good. Needed a Sanderson pain chart, despatched quickly and arrived safely.

Paint took a long time to arrive, when it did the tin was badly damaged, paint leaking everywhere, totally unusable. Having written to “luxury paints” I’ve had no reply. I have a painter/decorator booked to come on Monday and have no paint. Very unimpressed

Delivery was via 24 h courier this was seen 3 days after the order date no one was really bothered except me waiting for the paint to arrive
Put it this way paint was good quality delivery was a shambles suggest changing courier firm

Very prompt and efficient service. It was easy to place the order and the paint tin arrived well packaged.

You stated you had a paint in stock and then said you did’nt took 5 days to get a refund and then you did not refund the postage u had to call up to get it

COLOUR MATCH RIDICULOUSLY OFF. WAS SENT OPPOSITE END OF SPECTRUM FOR OUTSIDE PAINT FOR OUTBUILDINGS. BRIGHT MINT GREEN INSTEAD OF PALE OLIVE AS DEPICTED ON WEBSITE. HAD TO RETURN THE ITEMS EVEN AFTER PROVIDING A SAMPLE ... WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS RETAILER AGAIN.

Luxury Paints have been very helpful trying to resolve the issue.

First time I ordered from Luxury paints the paint tin was well sealed and packed as they mentioned in their website and received as promised I am happy thank you .

delivered quickly, well informed, well packaged, swift & efficient & the colour I needed to paint hall stairs & landing.

I ordered Zoffany's Acrylic Eggshell to paint our kitchen cabinets. It's not cheap but the coverage is impressive - no second coat needed! Coupled with its quick drying performance, it was worth every penny.

I think they meant well but there was a lot of confusion over my order. Whether this was down to them or their supplier I can't say but would avoid both now I'm afraid.

Love the items I bought, fast delivery and when there was an issue(I accidentally ordered the same items twice) I was able to speak with a gentleman who kindly resolved the problem.

Excellent service. The paint was ordered at short notice and delivered on time.

Great Communication good delivery

Packaging flimsy, my first parcel arrived empty, received just a a ripped envelope with an apology from royal mail about condition. Company were helpful when I contacted them and quickly sent out a replacement. Second parcel was slightly better packaged.
