Ordered my tiles and received safely to Northern Ireland with no issues and no extra cost. Other tile companies were looking ridiculous delivery cost, but I’m delighted that luxury tiles delivered to Northern Ireland free. The tiles are stunning once fitted and are a real head turner. Luxury tiles were great with the samples and I made a couple of phone calls and had sent emails during my tile selection process and staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Also their tiles are stunning and many that you won’t see in tile shops. I’m very happy with the service and my beautiful gold tiles and will use this company again in a heartbeat.

Despite being advertised as available and paid for next day delivery, the tiles we order were out of stock. We received only half of the order and the remaining part are more than one month away.
The customer service is terrible. Never replied to emails or at the phone. Did not offer a solution and I am forced to buy new tiles as cannot wait for more than one month to finish the job.

Delivery company damaged my property while delivering the tiles.

They said they will support my claim and speak with the delivery company to arrange compensation, it never happen and now they are ignoring my emails and call.

Absolutely brilliant company. I ordered some tiles which arrived next day delivery and I soon realised that I needed one extra tile and so I rang them and they sent it to me for the next day delivery with no extra charge. Honestly lovely people to deal with and so helpful. I would definitely recommend and definitely use again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Terrible company. Ordered tiles, waited a week and heard nothing. I emailed to ask when they would be arriving and was told they were out of stock for another month (nothing about this on the website) and I could either wait, or have a refund. I requested a refund and it was radio silence. Now a week later and nothing. I have a feeling after reading other reviews on here that I am going to have to pursue the refund via my card company. AVOID

Very poor service. No tracking information, didn’t answer emails requesting information and tiles failed to arrive despite 3 phone calls and false promises. Shop elsewhere!

Quality and good prices

I was looking for glass mosaic tiles to use in the bathroom around the four window insets and sills. Having looked at many companies I eventually found the perfect ones at Luxury Tiles.
I placed a small order of 12 sheets and they arrived a week or so later, perfectly packaged so no breakages.
They were a perfect match to the online photo and did the job beautifully.
Matt was very helpful with a delivery query and got back to me within the hour.
I would definitely recommend Luxury Tiles to anyone wanting quality and variety of choice.

Great mosaics at a decent price. Very happy with the results. I bought some rectangular ones for a shower seat and it has turned out amazing.

Tiles are high quality and look great 5 star. Only giving 4 star as delivery stated as 2 day and took 5 so delivery cost expensive.

Service was excellent. I got exactly what I had ordered in a timely manner. I ordered two separate items and only received one at first. I chased it up and was told that both items had been sent separately. I received the second item the following day and a message to say that the parcel has been delivered.

Great quality tiles and choice. The customer service was exceptional. I ordered an item that then turned out to be out of stock but Luxury Tiles managed to source some more of the tiles for me. They called me to let me know and sorted out the order straight away.

We searched for a special tile for a room we had just revamped and found Luxury Tiles with a great range of tiles,we ordered a full tile as they looked so good and was very pleased to receive it very quickly,as opposed to other companies that wouldn't supply a full tile.The tile was perfect for a full wall cover so we ordered the amount require,the company is so helpful and postage was very quick to arrive and kept us informed from purchase to arrival.5 stars for an amazing company that was so helpful in our project,you won't be disappointed if you use Luxury Tiles.Thanks to all the staff for getting it right regards Andy and Bev
