The service from both Joshua and Harry at LV has been excellent. The property sold within 24 hours and communication was brilliant throughout. Harry was great at letting me know what was going on and liasing with the purchasers solicitors when necessary. Throughly recommended!

We had a really good experience with LV property. Having had experience of several other property agencies we both agree LV were very good and have a friendly chilled out service. I did think the agency fees were high for the type of property, rented flat, but that will be changing with the governments latest announcement.

LV Property estate agents helped me buy an investment property. I was very impressed right from the beginning till the end of the sale process. The team of LV are highly motivated and highly professional. They helped me with all the questions i had through out the process. Specially I dealt with Shaun and Joshua. Highly recommend them if you are looking to buy or rent property in the midlands.

I would like to say thank you to LV Property. I moved estate agents a few months back and i believe this was a fantastic decision to let LV manage my property. I can now do my day to day job without any worry at all.

Have just sold my apartment with LV Property. It was my first ever sale of a property and I was nervous about the process but Josh assisted me throughout. From start to finish he was always there when I needed him. He found an investor for my apartment which was great for me as I was in a chain and didn't want the pressure of completion dates. I would highly recommend Josh to anybody, his knowledge on property and customer service levels and first class!

Ellie has done a great job with my property, the tenants were found very quickly and she's made everything very easy for me.

I would never deal with LV property again in my life. Cow boy operation they give bad advise, customer service is 0/10. Cost my hundreds of pounds. They don't stick to what they agree and try and make you go for an expensive fully maintained package. The contractors they use are really really expensive.

I found this company both rude and inefficient; as a purchaser.

When I made a cash offer to purchase a property, I was met with a demand for a non refundable "reservation fee" of £250 to pass the offer onto the vendor.

This appears to break the Code of Conduct for Estate Agents.

When I questioned it , the agent was extremely rude and emailed " this sale is a non-starter if you do not pay your admin fee – the ball is in your court"

I refused to pay and involved my solicitor, who questioned the legal basis for the "fee".

I am an experienced purchaser of property, and have found this company to be extremely poor, with dubious ethics. I am amazed by their supposed rating, if the level of service and hostility I encountered is normal for their customer service.

A case perhaps of "Caveat Emptor"

Working in a Property Management Company, I work with many agents daily. However, the professional and timely manner in which LV property, namely Harry Field who kept me up to date with all communications, was second to none. By far the highest standard of professionalism and respect for time I have experienced in this industry.

Renting my property through LV Property was the easiest thing I have ever done. All the staff there were extremely down to earth. Any one who is looking to let there property look no further. I had my property on the market and under 2 weeks it was letted for my asking price.

I've given 2 stars as an overall reflection of the poor service. The appalling debacle over the new accounts system whereby I received no rent payment; unless i had noticed this on my bank statement no-one from your company would have addressed this with me at all. I dealt with Ellen who sorted this out. But nonetheless a very shoddy service. You need to improve.
