Lyght Living Opiniones

My life is what is is because of the wonderful furniture in my home. The large screen TV is great.

We went on-line and selected our furniture. When we received the contract, substitutions were made without notifying us. We did not like the substitutions and wouldn't have realized they had been made if we hadn't read the contract carefully. 1) in the age of technology, take items off the website that are not available. 2) Notify the customer that certain items are unavailable and let them choose alternatives. Do not unilaterally make the decision and then fail to inform the client. We ultimately agreed to lease for 6 months and replaced the rental furniture with furniture we purchased at IKEA. That furniture was far more comfortable and and attractive.

Great experience, very good company and would use again

Dear Prospective FLC Furniture GmbH & Co. KG Customer,

I am happy to write this review after a job well done. A few weeks ago, I contacted this company as I was moving into an unfurnished flat in Berlin and had the need for a bed. I am an American living in Berlin for work and while I purchased some things for the flat, I didn‘t want to invest heavily into a new bed/mattress just yet and decided that renting one was suitable for me.

I am sure that this company usually is working with customers that are ordering/renting much more than me (1 item basically), yet the customer service remained top notch including the sales team, planning team and the delivery team!

It was smooth and easy to work with this company and the delivery team was sitting outside of my flat unloading the bed a half-hour before the 3 hour delivery window started.

The time and follow up throughout the entire process remained consistent and I would highly recommend anyone considering this company to place them above all else.

For expats like me working abroad, I have worked with agents, relocation companies, etc... several times and this was by far my best experience.

I have worked with them on a small project and it was very pleasant. The communication was easy and to the point. There were no difficulties, the work was done quickly. Can recommend.

Worked on freelancer basis. Great company. Highly recommend!!!

Hervorragender Umgang mit Partnern.

Kompetentes, offenes und sehr freundliches Personal!

I've been collaborating with FLC Furniture GmbH&Co. for sometime now and only have words of praise for their professional approach to every single project. Their feedback is always very constructive and fast and they are extremely flexible when it comes to problem solving.
I highly recommend them.

Great company. Best experience!!! Amazing employees.

Working with FLC is a real pleasure. Highly professional company, the one you would love to work always.

Good company, good experience with them.

Thank you for good communication. Nice experience, would recommend this company to anyone!

FLC endeavors to be attentive to customer needs, and has accommodated our requests for swapping of furniture items that weren't working for us.

Amazing service! Fast reponse time with communication and high quality furniture. A pleasure to work with!
