Lyght Living Opiniones

The furniture is fine, base to medium quality.
One item, the office chair is not new and not working properly, the backrest is not locking into upright position.

My experience with Lyght Living was overall quite positive. There was a moment when I thought the entire plan might fall apart, but it all came together in the end. Their team reached out to me directly, addressing all of my concerns with utmost professionalism. I was genuinely impressed by their conduct.

The furniture itself is fantastic, and the delivery team deserves a special mention for their patience and efficiency. However, there's room for improvement in their accounting department. I suggest they expedite the process of sending out invoices. When one is traveling, stress levels can skyrocket, and delays in such essential aspects can be quite frustrating and can escalate tensions unnecessarily. Thankfully, even this issue was eventually resolved in a calm and effective manner.

Overall, despite the minor hiccup, I would still recommend Lyght Living. Their professional approach and quality of service, particularly in addressing issues, make them a reliable choice for furniture rental needs. Really can not put a price on convenience and comfort. Thanks Lyght Living for making it easy.

Gerne buchen wir wieder mit Lyght Living!

Though I'm bound by the contract I made to Lyght Living, there should be a little flexibility on terminating on the contract early. Because of this, I'm force to pay 2 months (Nov & Dec) when the rental items was collected on 1st of Nov 2023

If a customer give enough notice, then the contract can be terminated. I have given sightly more than a month notice (late Sep 2023).

When I signed the contract, there was no option of 2 years 8 months so I opted for 3 years.

Thank you
Patrick

Timely delivery, professional delivery team, and respectful of the home. Less than 1 week from the time I ordered, until I received the rental furniture.
Great experience.

Awesome client
Awesome Service
Quick delivery

The website was clear and easy to use with a lot of relevant offerings. The order process went smoothly, with very helpful people revising the quote again and again. The delivery and assembly process were very fast and flawless. All that for a good price.

Overall, we would definitely go for Lyght Living again.

The initial response was very quick compared to other suppliers. A member of staff was available to discuss my personal need to make sure I made the right selection. Constant communication prior to shipment. Furniture set up was also on time and seamless. You have delivered an exceptional service beyond my expectation. Thank you Lyght Living team!

The monthly fee is reasonable. The delivery was on time and the furniture is so clean. The delivery staff were so kind and fast to finish the work.

Jederzeit wieder!!!

Outstanding services and products received from Lyght-Living. I definitely recommend this company looking for furniture rental
