Bet allowed to run after expiry, winnings refused – very misleading experience
Review: I had a very concerning experience with Roletto regarding their welcome bonus and how bets are handled after expiry.
I placed an accumulator bet using their Sports Welcome Bonus. The bet was accepted normally and remained fully active in my account. However, the final selection settled after the 15-day wagering period.
The key issue is that:
The bet was not blocked or restricted at the time of placement, despite containing selections that could not settle within the bonus period
The bet remained visible and active after the bonus expired, with no indication that it had become invalid
It was not voided or closed at expiry
Only after the bet won was it then treated as ineligible and all winnings refused
At no point did the system indicate that the bet had become invalid, which created a clear impression it was still a valid wager.
Based on this, I placed hedge bets elsewhere to manage the risk, resulting in a financial loss of approximately £300 — something I would never have done if the bet had been handled transparently.
When I raised this with their support and compliance team, they repeatedly referred to their terms and conditions but did not properly address:
Why the bet was allowed to remain active
Why no action was taken at expiry
Why the situation was only enforced after settlement
They ultimately refused any form of compensation or goodwill gesture.
This experience felt extremely misleading and lacking in transparency. Players should be clearly informed when a bet becomes invalid — not allowed to continue and then have winnings denied afterwards.
I would strongly advise others to be very cautious when using bonus offers on this platform.

Despite raising a formal complaint and providing full details, I have received no attempt from Roletto to resolve this issue following my review.

Given the circumstances and the lack of response, I am now considering escalating this further through additional channels.

I remain open to resolving this matter directly.

So far so good. I have deposited and I have successfully withdrawn twice. There is a euro conversion if your from the UK which is to be expected. Games on the website run smoothly unless your playing Hacksaw games.

Do not use the sports welcome bonus!! They have a wager of 15 for deposit and bonus and when you are done with your wager they just take your money and points at the terms and conditions. They do not provide you with real evidence. They even did a -20% on my original deposit. I did not break any rules its just their way of making money-unfortunatley!!

Hi im writing this review to help other players choice wisely before using rolletto, today i was going through my bank statments, and for an example i depoisted €50 rolletto deducted €52.10, when i contacted rolletto about this issue they said it was my bank my bank does not charge me fees, its a pure scam, its acutally fraud and im closing my rolletto account and going through my bank statments and reporting them, i have hundreads of transactions where they have taken more than what i requested to depoist, i hope this reviews helps others, pick a different casino cause rolletto is a scam website

This site is an absolute scam!! I dunno why I’m still on it tbh! Within the time I have been playing I have never withdrawn a penny! And get this…..when you think maybe something will happen, what does it do…..reloads because of a bad connection….ffs bullshit!!! I wrote a shitty email to them a few months ago and got a reward back which at the time I was happy with but it disappeared as quickly as they gave it….so am I playing again? No!!! After being stung by a fake casino I did an AI search to find a reputable site and rolleto has been great, withdrawls are always in the next working day and has all my favourite games.

I opened an account with Rolletto last September and happened that they gave me a €10 free bet which I used to take a 5 team acca on Italy Serie D. I happened to win it and with it I won 2 more bets. This increased first deposit. I took 2 more Champions League or National teams bet and won as well. I was informed that I could only place minimum 2 bets doubles with minimum odds of 1.30 for each selection. This restriction was only for less popular league. For example I could bet a single on English Premier League but couldn’t bet a single in Morocco League. If you want I can also provide detailed screenshots of the bets I took. In the mean time I kept playing doubles for small leagues and singles for mainstream leagues. I also managed to make some withdrawals during this time.
Now it happened that I had some good balance in my account and today I went to withdraw a part of it. A couple of minutes later I received that my account was closed and my winnings taken. Also 20% of my initial deposit was taken by the casino.
The accusation was that I breached point 9 & 10 of their T&C. This states that I have multiple accounts and different IP addresses. This is a false accusation as I got just 1 account which I use at home, at work, on my laptop and mobile phone. I only use the account as well. In their T&C there is also listed that I am "using a strategy aimed at gaining unfair winnings" which if you want further proof that this is false I can send you all the bets I took.
The only strategy I was taking was that since that they restricted the account of taking only doubles at minimum 1.30 odds i was taking bets around those prices but I wasn’t breaching any rule as I was playing what they told me to do.
I find this all unfair as I honestly didnt breach any rules and this looks more like a scam than a casino protecting his T&C.
When I went to withdraw my remaining balance they also denied me that so they not only took 20% of my deposit but the whole amount. It’s a scam casino

Having unfortunately played many may casinos, I can safely say that Rolletto is up there with the worst. Deposited over £2000 and can’t anything at all on the slots. It’s completely rigged. I understand that there’s a house edge by this is just plain robbery! Do not give these Curacao casinos your money. They prey on problem gamblers and don’t intend on letting you win.
