Friendly, down to earth & highly efficient agents
Great to deal with, down to earth and pragmatic. Found a client for my rental home in the UK before it was even listed! Really quick turnaround and I couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend these guys, I have had some pretty average estate agents in my time, but this team are spot on.

Calum and Gillian were superb from start to finish. They provided expert advice and service regarding all aspects of selling my house. It was completed in a timely manner and they were flexible to meet my needs. They ensured that I was updated through every part of the process and made the whole process stress-free and easy. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Outstanding!
From start to finish the process went smoothly. Callum gave great advice on what we should do to get the best out of our property, but also what we didn't need to do! Painting the fence was a pain...but he was absolutely right! Photos and marketing were spot on and we accepted an offer within a week! Valerie and her team were fantastic from the legal side, quick, efficient and always on the end of the phone to answer one of my many (mainly daft) questions! Great all round service, would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you!

Like everyone we had a choice of estate agents when selling our property. The decision to go with MacFarlane Young was based on; the efficiency of response to initial enquiry, the quality of information supplied, and accuracy of detail in costs. The team were professional, friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless sale. We also went with MacFarlane Young solicitors, who provided a professional, friendly service. We would highly recommend both services.
