The tablet was exactly what I wanted. It's in great condition and it came on time. I couldn't ask for much more.

MacHollywood has done a great job. First, they called right after I placed the order to make sure that I order the correct pen. Then after a delivery mishap, they called to explain what happened and worked to make it correct. They also make a phone call to explain in person instead of sending an email, which made it easier to get the questions answered.

There was a small error in shipping notification but nothing to get in a twist over. Customer service was friendly and took care of the issue. Package arrived on time and in good shape. Would buy from them again. Not to mention the great deal they offered on the product I ordered!

Very simple interface and fast checkout (aside from having to make the perfunctory account). Did not get email notification for tracking but most people check their order status email so it was not an issue. Packaging material was filled with both paper and air bags to ensure minimal movement. Would definitely use them in the future again!

I'm an industrial designer with a design business, and was looking for a Wacom Cintiq 16 Tablet, for the right price, including shipping, and I lucked up and found MacHollywood. I was so happy! The service was impeccable! Prompt Delivery!

Before I ordered I checked on Amazon and could not find it. After I ordered I found it on amazon and between shipping and less price I could have ordered it on amazon and got free shipping and I would have saved 50 dollars so I was a little bummed. Then Patrick their salesman got ahold of me and was able to refund my purchase. I highly recommend them to give your business to....
