Having bought a new mac from Apple in the UK I moved abroad, (sub-saharan Africa) and 2 months later a key fell out. Needless to say Apple were useless but thanks to Mac Replacement Keys I was able to buy the key and tool and install myself using the videos. When contacted the team were very helpful and cannot recommend them and their overall product enough.

Very helpful - Simple to install. Would have liked an install diagram with the key which would have made things a little easier than having to look online at a tutorial - But it fit, looks exactly the same as the original, actually unsure if it is an aftermarket key or Apple original but you can't tell the difference regardless. The key I changed was the Cap Lock key as I had tried removing it to clean underneath and snapped the very fine grippy bits toward the upper part of the key underneath! Very annoying, but this service was great!

I bought my MBP left arrow key, and ordered it with untracked shipping.

It took longer than expected so I contacted them to let them know.
they didn’t hesitate a second and sent me another key for free.
Unfortunately was an italian Post office problem, which didn’t “found” my house.

Anyway, I’d really appreciate Mac Replacement Keys’s service and I’d definitely will get my spare keys again if i need to.

The key and clip supplied were exactly what was needed. They were sent swiftly and well packaged. I was able to fit the replacement key easily enough (with YouTube guiding the way). All in all I am very happy.
