So pleased with everything done to my MAC through Mac upgrades.
Ssd hard drive, keyboard repair and ram upgrade.
Brilliant customer service and reliable.
I don’t go to any other place

Quick service. Really helpful staff and saved me over £400 vs getting Apple to fix my device. Would highly recommend

Absolutely brilliant service. My Macbook Pro got water damaged, both Michael and Gavin were on hand with friendly, honest advice, and repaired the machine for £300, which is a far cry from the other company I approached who quoted me £1600!! My Mac is now better than before the accident, I'm super pleased, cannot recommend this company enough.

Ordered SSD and RAM upgrades for my 2013 iMac, received 2 days later. Highly recommend.

Website easy to navigate and directed me to exactly what was available to upgrade my 2011 iMac. It can be a minefield.
When ordering I was requested to confirm my specifications to that they could validate I was purchasing the correct items with no errors on my behalf.
Very competitively priced.
Items arrived well packaged.

Logical, prompt, reliable, efficient. Just what you need. No fuss Mac parts on tap. My go-to supplier for Mac parts.

Replaced my broken hard drive. Upgraded and doubles the size. Great support from these guys.

Rapid turnaround and professional service

Friendly, knowledgeable, prompt support and service.
The company are clearly very experienced and gave advice that the ‘layperson’ could use and work with.
I wouldn’t use any other company to help me with my IMac.

RAM upgrade worked perfectly, my 11 year old Mac running well now.

The items came quickly and worked as described for my iMac

I ordered a screwdriver and iMac repair sets.

They arrived on time, however the screwdriver was not magnetic and also it was short. I had real trouble to unscrew one of the screws that was squeezed between panels because the screwdriver could not reach. Then I had even more trouble putting the screw back because I could not land it in place without a magnetic screwdriver holding it.

Finally the adhesives came without any instructions and it took guesswork and luck to put the screen of the iMac back.

Great fast service no problems in installing their components, as the videos on there web site are very clear on how to carry out these installations. I would highly recommend macupgrades.co.uk to anyone who wants to upgrade there iMac's

Very knowledgeable and helpful advice. I’m happy with my purchase and my machine is running beautifully.

Easy contact enquiry, knowledgable staff

Great company to work with. Very knowledgable and supportive. When you buy from Macupgrades you know it is going to work and if you are not sure about whether a particular item is right for your machine just ask them. I refurbished a 2010 MacBook Pro for my 9 year old grandson. It runs like a new machine with 16 GB Ram and SSD, drive and trackpad. The new battery lasts at least 7 hrs or longer continuous use. Very pleased with the service and their honest, straightforward approach.

Have had excellent service from these guys in the past and once again they were brilliant. SSD upgrade for my 27 inch iMac now reborn.

Always trust MacUpgrades as their customer service is excellent and this was no exception. Arrived next day and works fine
