Born in 2015 from a passion for craft and quality, Maddisons of Durham is a small, independent supplier of jewellery-making tools and equipment — trusted by silversmiths, students, and studio makers across the UK. We’re a close-knit team (humans, dogs, and one endlessly curious Bengal cat), dedicated to offering friendly, down-to-earth service with a personal touch. Everything we stock is carefully handpicked with makers in mind — from trusted staples like Durston, ImpressArt, and Beadsmith to specialist gems such as Thompson Enamels, GreenLion tools, and the complete Fretz collection. We work hard to match big-brand prices wherever possible, so you can invest in top-quality tools without stretching your budget. Whether you’re just starting out or deep into your making journey, we’re here to help you find the right tools for the job.

The watch strap fitted perfectly on the Casio wrist watch. It looks exactly like the one that came with the watch.
I therefore recommend this to any intending buyer.
Also, the item was delivered on time.
The only down side is that it is quite expensive. Because the price of the Casio wrist watch is about £26.
I suggest a competitive review of the price and courier fee.
Thank you.

a fair purchase price, shame about the postage fee or a gram in weight if that
a fair purchase price, but the cost of postage for a gram in weight I think is a bit of a joke. no need to charge so much.

10 pound dividers
Order some dividers were very cheap, around 10 pounds and i wasn’t expecting much from them. They arrived in 2 days and they are better then my starrett dividers which cost around 60 pounds!
Very impressed

Uncontactable when there is a problem.
I ordered a pin pusher tool, but what arrived was only the holder and not the pins. Maddison’s don’t have a customer phone number, so I’ve messaged them twice since my order arrived to no response.
Maddison’s got in touch after seeing my comment on Trust pilot and have sent me a replacement tool (which is clearly appreciated).
I would suggest that they investigate why messages are not getting through, or even better pop a phone number on the website so that you can speak to a real person if there’s a problem.
