Very disappointing
Very disappointing these are so much smaller than they seen. Only half of the bracelet is the colored braided part - the rest is just black cord to tighten. Made for XXSmall wrists.

Quality Men’s Surf Necklace and Anklets
I’ve been looking for quality men’s surf anklets and necklaces for a while. Seen plenty of online sites but they’ve all had limited selections or the quality was poor or suspicious.
I found NAMI. The website had a great selection so I decided to order a stainless necklace and an anklet. Received the products, really nicely packaged and very good quality. These will hold up well in the surf. And look great too.
Wholly recommend this company.

Terrible I ordered and they were shipped to the wrong address, I had corrected the address and once i submitted the order it changed the address, I immediately contacts support and no response, before it shipped and still no response, once it shipped to the wrong address they asked if it can be forwarded. I'm so disappointed. Didn't get my product.

Hey, we are sorry that you're not happy but you contacted our customer support out of our operating hours (Saturday). Your order was already dispatched when we were able to read your request to change your wrongly submitted address (Monday). We've changed the address and re-send the order as soon as we had all the information we needed (Tuesday). Since we are operating from Germany there's also a time difference we have to consider here.

Hey, the bracelet your ordered has a sklipknot and fits almost everyone. It can be opened to a circumference of 11.8". Your Email was answered within 18 hours. We still haven't heard from you back. If there's anything we can help you with, do not hesitate contacting our customer support.

Where is my order?
I have made a very expensive order - 100 euros - you sent me a DHL tracking number that is not working. I have sent you many emails and you still don't respond.
And in your site when i press "contact us" nothing happens. It surprises me because i see that you sell in Amazon too. I guess the only thing left is to inform in all your social pages that you are a scum

Dear Anna,
we are really sorry about the inconveniences. We do not know why the tracking did not work for you, when we were able to track your package through the same tracking number and link we've provided you. We've assured you several times that your package is on its way to you and we've responded to all your message in a time span of 2hrs and 40hrs.
According to the tracking the package was delivered on May,10th. 10 days after you've ordered and 7 days after it left our warehouse.
Unfortunately, there can be still some delays with international shipping due to COVID and the current world events.
But after all we really hope you enjoy your jewelry.

Hey! We are really sorry about that. The tracking says the package was delivered in April, 23rd 2022.
Please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to make sure it’s not hiding or jammed. Also ask your neighbors if they may have received it for you. If the package still doesn't turn up contact us on social media or send us an email to hey@madebynami.de.
Bracelet looked nice but broke almost immediately
Bracelet looked nice, but broke after wearing it 2 times. It didn't get caught on anything, but the adjusting cord was frayed and snapped when I was putting it on.
