Not recommended this clinic at all!!!
I booked an appointment through WhatsApp and confirmed the promotional price of £175 with the staff multiple times. However, when I got to the cashier, the lady tried to charge me £777, which shocked me. I showed her the conversation confirming the total price of £175, but she claimed it was a mistake and that I needed to call the clinic to get the promotional discount. This felt like a scam to charge me for more expensive services. I told her I would call the police to resolve the issue, and eventually, she accepted the £175, but she refused to schedule my second session for the top-up.

I’m shocked to see how many think the same as me and saying their treatments are diluted. Edel was lovely so that’s what the star is for unfortunately

I am really sorry for the 2 stars reviews; I would give 1 star reviews but I did not just because the staff is really lovely.
What I went through was a very bed experience in Sisu Clinc Mayfair London.
I had fat-dissolving injections on my lower abdomen (two sessions, total cost £900, July/August 2024). Unfortunately, not only did I see no results, but the injections also left red spots at each needle entry point, which then turned into scars. The Sisu Clinc, told me that I would need additional sessions to see results, but I chose to stop to avoid causing further damage to my already damaged skin. I was assured that the red spots were part of the normal healing process due to the substance used, and that they would likely fade within a year. I was advised to use Bio-Oil on the area, which I have been doing for two-three months, but there has been no improvement. I now strongly advise against this treatment. When I brought up my concerns to the clinic, they insisted that this reaction was normal, but I feel they should have warned me about the possibility of scarring before going ahead with the procedure. Although I signed an informed consent form listing potential side effects, scarring was never mentioned.

Great clinic and service but their website is the single most infuriating and frustrating I have ever encountered. It never works so booking is impossible. You get half way through the options and then the time and date menu won’t open and you can’t complete. Have issues every single time I use the website. Such a simple thing and yet it ruins the customer experience

I had a wonderful relaxing experience with Doctor Suzanna. From start to finish Suzanna made my experience so enjoyable and l felt great .So professional and a lovely Doctor. All the staff in Sisu are fantastic. I have been going there since day one when they first opened and l wouldn't go anywhere eles.l highly recommend Sisu.

Review of SiSu Clinic Clinic

I recently visited Sisu for a facial treatment, with Dr. Lisa Madden and I also have had Dr. Brian Cotter . I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The clinic itself is beautifully designed, offering a relaxing and clean environment that immediately put me at ease. The staff were professional, welcoming, and made sure to explain every step of the treatment process, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout.

The treatment itself was top-notch.
What stood out most to me was the level of care and attention to detail the staff provided, from the consultation to aftercare advice.

Overall, I highly recommend Sisu clinic for anyone looking for professional, high-quality beauty treatments in a comfortable and inviting setting.

Wow! Great experience and great staff. I had a liquid facelift with dermal filler and botox, my results are natural and subtle, my friends couldn't quite tell what was different with me , but said that i look great! I was a little nervous as it was my first time having any treatment , but my doctor in hampstead, Dr.Temi made me feel so comfortable. This has given me such a boost!!

I had fillers (3 times) and botox in Richmond Sisu. The girls are nice but twice my filler treatment has to be dissolved and I cant say that I am very happy with the final result. I had treatments before (not in sisu) and the result was great: all my friends told me that I look great.. The doctor in sisu do not have enough training and experience. The doctor doing my treatment use the wrong technique so she had to undo what she did (2 weeks later) and the next time she injected to much filler in one area so she had to dissolved some of it (2 weeks later). If you dont fancy those kind of iterations! Chose a more experienced doctors.
In summary it looks cheaper at first but take in consideration that if the doctor dissolved your filler partially, it is your lost and if you can not use the full filler volume you bought within 2 weeks because you need to dissolve some of it, it is again your lost. Too complicated for me so best to use a doctor with a good track record who knows ...

Amazing people, great experience. I used to go to Therapie. I have found sisu much more friendly, professional, accomadating and they actually care.
Love getting botox at sisu. Going to get them to look after my skin in the new year.
