Great sales experience from the team at the Shoreditch showroom and whilst completing my purchase online. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery of my beautiful bike was fast. Really positive delivery experience with a full walk through of the bikes features and functionality. Couldn’t be happier!

Neil came out today to fix a dead 12v battery. Lovely chap, very friendly. He talked through what could have gone wrong. Replaced the battery and updated the firmware.
All completed in less than an hour.

Love their bikes and love their service even more. There were some unfortunate delays with getting the RM2 on the road but communication and goodwill in acknowledging the inconvenience from the Maeving team have been stellar. Shout out to Chris and Jakub from Sales, Muaadh and Lauren from Support and Neil during pickup and delivery (and set up!) for their amazing service from start to finish.

Great communication and really helpful team. Muaadh from the support team help me resolve a small issue with insurance and kept me appraised all the way through the process of delivery. Matt the delivery guy was brilliant. Clearly knows and loves the bikes. Great handover. Super friendly and helpful. And finally, I love my RM2 - it’s perfect.

There were a few issues with getting the RM2 on the road but they have done their very best to sort it.
Big shout out to Neil who has been down and dropped off the bike and picked it up when it needed, very very friendly and knowledgeable on all things bikes and Maeving.

Maeving have been brilliant. Very easy to book a test ride which was hugely enjoyable and then very easy to place an order. Matt was brilliant with delivery - very generous with his time to go through everything and make sure I was confident with how to operate and maintain the bike. Can’t wait to get out riding!

I have conversed with Maeving several times, the customer service here is absolutely brilliant everytime. Matt who dropped of the motorbike went over everything you need to know very thoroughly, was very friendly and answered all questions had all the time in the world for you. I appreciate everything. Everything about Maeving works so well from the bike to customer support to servicing and every employee is so helpful and informative! Neil picked up my bike after a recent crash and was so supportive and helpful and I really appreciate it!

From the website to the customer contact and the delivery process the service level has been second to none. Neil who dropped off the bike this morning was a pleasure to speak to and was super knowledgeable the handover and run through was amazing. A true credit to your company. All in all A+++ service.

Took delivery of my RM1S today, all on time and as promised. Great service from Matt, everything explained clearly and precisely, great experience overall, first trip out this afternoon, can’t stop smiling.

Chose the RM2 due to the ability to carry two people looks superb and it's british built down the road in Coventry. Superb service from start to delivery can't fault the process. Staff have been more than helpful now all that remains is to enjoy the ride thankyou Maeving.

Chose this bike because of its hand built quality, convenience and looks and it seriously delivers on all counts. You can tell from talking to the guys at Maeving that they love what they do and it shows in the bike. Neil delivered mine today and gave me a thorough rundown of its systems, he was nearly as excited as I was! The machine itself is beautiful and you can feel its build quailty the moment you touch it. Im in love ❤️

Fantastic bike from Maeving. If you want a bike just for fun or urban commuting, this is the one. Excellent after sales customer care second to none. Thoroughly recommended.

I ordered a Maeving RM1S from Maeving this month, and although the bike itself is mostly really great customer support has been terrible to the point where I’m considering returning it.

First, the company failed to actually register or finish setting up the GPS tracker, it ended up taking a week of chasing back and forth to get it enabled.

The website also says everywhere you can either charge the bike directly by plugging it in, or take the batteries out and charge them at home. It conveniently omits to mention that you can’t actually do that without buying an extra accessory. It took over 10 days from the bike arriving to get that, so I couldn’t charge it that whole time. I sent Maeving screenshots of their website and they didn’t care, just said buy it or don’t, so I did and they took 5 days from the time I bought it to bother shipping it.

These would be simple things to resolve, except it’s impossible to get Maeving to answer their phones. I’ve called them at least a dozen times all during their listed business hours for over two weeks and only ever got, after a brief hold, a message saying they couldn’t answer the phone. Their email support at least answer, but take up to a week to do so.

The motorcycles are great, but pray you never need anything from Maeving. This has to be one of the worst support teams in the industry.
