I would like to warn all fellow cyclists against purchasing a bicycle light from this company. Their website is full of promises how great the lights are but the product I purchased (front light Ray 2600B) definitely does not deliver on them. How long the battery last - hyped up (not true), distance the light shines into - hyped up (not true). Advertised for gravel but as per my tests not suitable (unless you ride 10km/h). It does not shine far enough (claimed “far-reaching spotlight beam” vs small distance in reality - 15 m simply isn’t enough to ride safely at 25 km/h), the battery does not last more than 1.2 hours (claimed 2.2 hours). When raising my issue with the company, it was a disheartening process. I exchanged several emails with them and eventually was asked to send the light back and to pay the postage back myself. Shipping an item with a battery inside is nearly impossible or very expensive. As a result I will suffer a financial loss. I would stay clear of this company and stick to more reputable brands. Do not believe the claims on their website. Once I bin this light, I’ll buy Lezyne or something proper. What a bad experience! Oh, I forgot to add that delivery took nearly three weeks!!!

but its either THERE way or no way
if your idea of a resolution doesn't match theres
they do not care

We dint find a good solution for the both of us
so they proceeded with there's without even me agreeing to it and after i mentioned it
they ghosted me

Ordered a light for my bike. Gave the correct address but they claimed there was an issue with the postal address, even when they sent request for confirmation of the address it was correct. Instead of trying to be helpful they stated they had cancelled the order. I still haven't seen the refund land back in my account.

300€ for a bike lamp, used it less than 10 times.
Now only half of the leds works.
Difficult to have replacement despite the product being under warranty
