Never buy a handreading for $1 at this platform. 3 days later they charge you for a subscription that you did NOT agree to, of 59$ per month whitout your permission. They take your money and do not pay it back!

As other users have reported, this company appears to be a SCAM.

I signed up for a palm-reading service and paid $1. However, the company quietly added several additional charges of $19.99 and $28.99 without any explicit payment confirmation on the screen or email notification about these add-ons.

I only discovered these unauthorized transactions after reviewing my credit card statement. When I contacted customer service, they refused to issue a refund.

This company appears to rely on hidden terms and fine print to charge customers for add-on services without their explicit consent. What makes matters worse is their refusal to refund these unexpected charges.

I have reported the company to my credit card issuer and disputed both transactions because I did not knowingly authorize these additional purchases.

My advice: Stay away from Magnora.space. What looks like a simple $1 service could end up costing you significantly more. Always check your credit card statements if you have used this website.

Please be warned, this company is highly unethical and will access your account without your authorisation. I saw an advert for a "soulmate sketch" on facebook. Its was $1, I purchased the said "soulmate sketch", in 7 days they deducted a large sum from my account which I disputed in an hour, they claimed that I had consented to a subscription and refused to refund my money. Please do not engage with them or buy anything from this company!!!

I purchased a 3-day trial for $1. After clicking two additional buttons, I was charged $19.99 and $28.99 through Apple Pay without a separate payment confirmation that I noticed.

I contacted support to request a refund, explaining that I hadn't intended to purchase these add-ons. They refused, claiming the offers and prices were displayed and that the additional purchases were non-refundable. They did cancel the subscription.

My advice: be extremely careful when clicking through their checkout flow, check every screen, and monitor your payment method closely. I'm now considering disputing the charges with my bank.

I see by other reviews this is just how the “company” undertakes its business but I purchased $1 3 day access. I made sure it was no subscription including checking my profile to ensure that there was no active subscriptions. Nothing was listed on my profile to cancel. I event looked up the cancelation policy to follow steps to make sure I was checking correctly. My card was charged a week later $83. I contacted support to ask why and tell them they have incorrectly charged me as I have no active subscription. I went back and forth with customer support saying I need to tell them what my subscription was before I could cancel. I continually said there is no subscription listed, that I didn’t sign up and to process a refund. They have refused and still not cancelled my subscription. I will be blocking them with my bank as it’s the only way they will stop charging my card.. warning - do not make any purchasing with an unethical company!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. This site operates on deceptive, predatory practices designed to trick customers.
I agreed to a purchase advertised for $1.00. The moment I clicked through—believing I was simply accessing or completing the item I had just chosen—their system immediately billed my card $19.99 for an entirely different, inferior product. There was zero order confirmation screen, no review stage, and no authorization prompt whatsoever for the extra charge.
I contacted customer support immediately to point out the unauthorized charge and request a refund. They flatly refused, keeping the money for an item I never agreed to purchase.
This is blatant bait-and-switch theft hiding behind intentional dark patterns. Save your money, do not enter your payment information here, and take your business elsewhere.

I had a very disappointing and concerning experience with Magnora on October 18, 2026.
I initially agreed to a trial offer costing approximately $1, which I authorized through Apple Pay.
After the initial payment, I was directed through additional pages where I clicked "Continue" and "Next", believing I was simply completing the normal process.
To my shock, I was charged two additional amounts:
- $19.99 for 8 Personal Readings
- $28.99 for a 20-Minute Advisor Chat
Total: $48.98 in unexpected additional charges!
I did not knowingly agree to purchase either service. I was not clearly informed that clicking those buttons would result in additional paid purchases, and I was never asked to confirm these payments separately through Apple Pay or Face ID.
I have NEVER opened, accessed or used either of these services. I did not even know what they were.
I immediately contacted customer support, disputed both charges, requested a full refund and asked for my subscription to be cancelled.
I find this checkout process extremely misleading and unacceptable. Customers should be clearly informed before any additional payment is charged.
I am still seeking a full refund of $48.98 and written confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled.
Please be extremely careful before entering your payment information on this website.

I would not give this company even 1 star. They make their money ripping off people by offering a $1.00 offer for a 3 day trial and then slipping in an additional cost for $19.99 when going through your purchase. When I emailed them to get my refund for the additional cost, they declined sighting their cancellation policy. I haven’t even opened or viewed any of the content so this their refusal to refund is a SCAM! Buyer Beware!

Scam company ! Takes money without you even realising then you wont get a refund they will say you had a reading or you read your tarot cards so you used their service when i haven’t so your not entitled to refund , if you dont cancel a subscription that you dont even know you subscribed to they will keep also charging you monthly. Dont use their website at all cost!
