A very good service from start to finish.
Extremely thorough

MAH inspections did a great job about finding the new defects in our new home. Marc has a keen eye to find the tiny defect which is barely ignored and can't be found easily by the naked eye. He even reported the scratches, which we think are normal in the new house, but actually they are defects and entitled to receive the new appliance or get it replaced with the new one for the money we paid to the builder. We had no idea about the insulation in the loft, but Marc found that insulation is missing in some parts of the loft, also he found that cold air has been leaking into the house through the main door via tiny holes that are supposed to be not there. He found more than 160 defects in our house, not easily found by a normal person without a professional snagging. Appreciate MAH inspections and team in their great work. They are brilliant and perfect in their work. I wish them all the best and grow more. Special thanks to Marc for being friendly with us throughout the snagging and explaining things clearly to us.

100% recommend! As soon as we applied for our snagging report Cheryl got back to use so quickly and was able to sort a time for Mark to come and check our property. The report was incredibly thorough and found snags which we would have missed. They were really clearly pictured and then annotated and then a written description next to it, which was really helpful as we were first time buyers. Thanks for doing such an amazing job!

Mark was incredibly thorough and informative. He explained everything and gave advise and guidance. It was a full day job and we were very satisfied with the work and the report.

From enquiring about an inspection, everything was explained well and I knew what to expect on the day. On the day of inspection, Mark started off by explaining how he was going to carry out the inspection and once completed, he talked me through issues found and explained the report that I would receive. The report was as discussed, clear and concise. I knew where the issues were and it was well explained with images.

I was not too sure about getting a snagging inspection, but based on my experience with MAH Inspection, I would highly recommend. Mark and Cheryl are amazing and give clear, detailed information. I definitely got my money’s worth!

Marks inspection was absolutely amazing. His attention to detail is incredible, he even finds the smallest of things that would have taken me months to spot. Mark and his team work so well as we got the report back on the same day of the snagging even when he spent all day at our home. I would highly recommend using MAH, we will definitely use again in the future.

Mark and his team were great. Very responsive and informative. The report is extremely useful and in layman’s terms where needed for ease of understanding. I contacted a few surveyors for a quote but MAH were above all in terms of quotation and interactions with Cheryl were very helpful.

MAH Inspections are a fantastic company who provide excellent customer service.
Prior to the booking date occurring, correspondence was provided outlining the exact time the team would be arriving as well as the expected process to occur.
On arrival, the process was again confirmed to us, detailing the approach to be taken in the house.
The team worked very efficiently and provided excellent updates if anything significant identified needed to be brought to our attention.
It is clear that Mark is very knowledgeable and a clear specialist in his field, with his knowledge of building regulations house builders must meet when constructing a new build providing us as customers with a lot of assurance that issues identified will need to be resolved by the builder.
Once Mark left the house after completing, we were provided with the detailed report following payment in a matter of hours. The report clearly outlines the issues identified through description with photographic proof.
The price of such a service I also felt was very reasonable.
We have now been able to raise these issues identified with our house builder who is now assessing the findings.
I cannot commend MAH inspectors enough for their thorough work and excellent customer experience.

A friendly and thorough post completion snagging survey. Mark arrived punctually and was very thorough in looking at everything - including removing bath panel to check for leaks and checking for any coldness coming in from doors, walls and ceiling. Picked up numerous snagging it would have taken a while for me to pick up, if at all. The report is detailed and easy to follow. There is a helpful summary near the beginning highlighting the main or more serious issues. Would definitely recommend.
