Straight forward to order and set up an account. Emailed straight away that order placed, looking forward to getting my purchase.

Not even worth one star. Evri (formerly Hermes) sent a tracking email to say that my order was delivered at 11:57; I was standing by the door at the time and nobody came (nor did anyone knock or ring the bell) and no parcel was left. There was no photo on the tracking to locate the parcel either. I phoned Maisonandwhite on their phone number - the person I spoke to (who was overseas and had crying children in the back) merely quoted the tracking information that I and already seen, told me to email the company and hung up on me. It it impossible to email as, having composed the message, when you click 'send' an error message comes up and everything disappears. I am at a loss how to find out what has happened to my delivery which incudes essential things for my daughter's wedding.

The wine decanter was lovely. I had a bit of trouble getting details right on the website. It wouldn't let me edit my billing address and kept choosing the delivery address as billing address. Quite frustrating. I'll let you know ow how the gift goes.
