I can’t rate the customer service highly enough. Elise was amazing. I initially had a question prior to ordering which was answered quickly and once I placed the order, I had a small issue with the delivery. Elise, again, responded quickly and resolved the issue without any drama. Thank you!

I bought a flamingo table
I bought a flamingo table. It arrived with a piece out of the leg. Customer Services were good & organised a return & delivery of a second table. That arrived today & had cracks in both legs. Both tables were well packed & the boxes were not damaged so the issue is at the supply end. I have been told I cannot have a third table unless I arrange collection & delivery of my own back. Customer Services have blamed the courier, but there is no way the table could be damaged as it's so well packed in form shaped polystyrene - extremely disappointed!

we are so sorry your experience was disappointing. To clarify, we check all items before for obvious defects before being handed over to Parcelforce.
While the polystyrene and boxes may look intact externally, severe handling or drops in transit can cause fragile items to crack internally from the impact. Because a second item was damaged in transit, we are unfortunately unable to send a third via the same courier. Our team is ready to process a full refund for you as soon as the return is arranged.

My first order so was a little apprehensive, but the item I wanted was on sale at a great price. Lovely item packed very well with some sweets - nice touch. Fast delivery. Great comms.

Customer service second to none!
Have been in the shop, spoken to staff by phone and by email. Their customer service goes above and beyond. So helpful and efficient. Great shop for Jellycats. I made a mistake with my last online order and they noticed and sorted it for me. Can highly recommend them.

This was my first order from Maison White. It arrived so quickly, was well packed with a nice thank you card enclosed. The item ordered was competitively priced. Will keep an eye on this website for future purchases - much prefer the personal touch from a family owned business.
