My package was not delivered on the day. It said it would be then they delivered the following day and they delivered the wrong size and in the description. It said there would be a belt. There was not a belt. I reached out to the return email which bounced back and doesn’t exist and I have been inquiring How to return my item for three days and no one has gotten back to me.
I have yet to receive my refund after being asked to remove this review since the refund was being processed. The caftan has been returned for over 10 days now and to answer your response. The language in the description makes it seem like the belt is included. None the less I am aware of the crisis as I was in Dubai that does not answer your email service bouncing back and being nonexistent nor does it answer why I ordered a size 56 and received a 58. I will reach out to my credit card company if a must and continue to write reviews since you fail at your business running tasks.
