I needed to make US passport photos for a few family members. Normally I would do everything using Photoshop, but I fortunately found this tool and it was perfect. I was able to upload the photos and edit and create 2" x 2" photos to be printed on 4X6 photo paper in a matter of seconds. And the final quality of the files was excellent.

Horrible Service, please stay away from Photo Maker, I paid, and up till today no software, I load the key and after loading is says Licence Expired, send them screenshots, but up to no avail. Stay away?

Placed order. Paid money, They got paid. No download. I try to submit a support ticket. Support ticket will not submit. These are thieves. Phone number is BS.

Heard a lot about this company but in reality customer service is not as per the expectations. I paid online for Canadian Pr Card and it was rejected by the authority. I wrote to them about this and they reply me to send another image as the first one was not click perfectly. Its been three days and i am still waiting. And they were 100% assured about the picture accuracy when i uploaded earlier. They should inform me that the image is not perfect and upload a new one. So sad.

Monumental time-waster of a website. First of all, you need, somehow, to navigate to the section where you can indicate which country you have in mind in regard to the passport or visa picture you're intending to create.
After that, you click on 'start' and have the option of dragging and dropping your chosen picture into the on screen web page or uploading it after which the screen changes to the full size out of camera picture that you took and require for your passport or visa application, a picture that then takes up all of the screen.
And that's that: nothing else happens. You can proceed no further. I've tried uploading and dragging and dropping and both have wasted my valuable time.
To its credit, the company doesn't appear to be part of the blatant free photo scam operation based in the USA whereby different brands of 'FREE' online passport image creators have been established to con you into thinking you're getting a good deal. All of them are the same business; all of them have the same web page content in regard to image design and adjustment; and they all ask you for payment by PayPal at the end of your online session.
Best thing -- obviously -- is to avoid the scammers and also, if you value your time, the clunky unusable website that is MakePassportPhoto.

Very easy to use - and useful - bit of software to convert a digital photograph into a passport sized photo that I could print. Couldn't be simpler!

This is fantastic service. Easy to use. Did exactly what was needed - created a 2x2 passport photo. Worth the reasonable price vs. paying CVS or Walgreens a fortune to shrink a picture...
