I ordered few 18650 batteries. Some of them came damaged. Tried twice to follow the return forms on their web-site. No reply for 4 working days so far

Easy to order and quick delivery.
Excellent experience purchasing a serial to USB cable. The price was significantly better than major retailers, and the ordering process was seamless.
