customer service re returns
Having ordered an item in January ,
I had to return the same. The process is not fit for purpose, I have been unable to speak to anyone only an automatic message which is unable to answer me.
Very poor customer service
Follow up call and finally managed to speak to the shop who have agreed a refund

Returns from England can often involve additional challenges and fees so unfortunately we sometimes experience delay, which can be frustrating.
