Hi, I would like to report a staff member at Mak Halal Hall Green. I visited on Sunday at around 11:45 PM after work, and the staff member serving me was very rude, laughing while taking my order, not paying attention, and ended up messing up my entire order. I come here regularly and have never had this kind of experience before. He was short, dark-skinned, around 41–50 years old, with a short black and white beard. Please look into this. Thank you.

I've been to mak halal about 15 or more times and all I bought was this fricking pizza all the times
it tastes so goooooooooood , i bet no one can replicate this pizza correctly! If you ordered a burger they give you extra sauce packets to add on your burgers.

They’re burgers are lowkey nice and so is the service. I love how they give buzzers so we can come get our orders. The excitement when we hear the buzz and all jump cannot match anything

We ordered food from Uber eats from Mak Halal in Hall Green but it was a very frustrating experience.
The Uber driver delivered the wrong order when we phoned the shop , the attitude was , it’s the driver’s fault , get in touch with Uber. Ok that’s fine but the fries on the wrong order were stone cold and so was the pizza , as we didn’t have a choice but to eat it as we were all hungry .
We stopped ordering from Mak Halal as they always mess the order up but we thought , try once more !
Never again !! Terrible food and terrible attitude!

I had a really disappointing experience with M.A.K Halal branch in Walsall City Centre. The service was incredibly unprofessional, and it felt like the employees didn't know what they were doing. I ordered a meal, and they got it completely wrong. When I called to raise my concern, they just brushed me off and didn't take my complaint seriously at all.

It's frustrating because the food itself is decent, but the terrible service totally ruins the experience and puts me off from ever going back there again. They really need to consider getting rid of the counter staff who clearly lack any customer service experience.

On top of that, I reached out to them using the email address on their website, hoping to address my concerns, but it's been over 10 days and I haven't received so much as an acknowledgment, let alone a response. This lack of follow-up just further highlights the kind of company they are, and it's clear they don't prioritise customer satisfaction.

It's such a shame because the food could be good, but with this level of disregard for customers, I won't be returning anytime soon.

Absolutely awful experience. What we were shown and what we actually received were completely different. The portion size was laughable, tiny, poorly presented, and nowhere near worth the ridiculous price we paid. It felt like a scam. Fast food doesn’t mean fast and careless. This was lazy, overpriced, and honestly insulting. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. Total waste of time and money

I have never been this frustrated, disappointed, and outright disgusted with a service before. This wasn’t just bad customer service—it was inhuman, unethical, and completely unacceptable.

💢 Here’s what happened:
🔸 Ordered food well in advance, yet faced ridiculous delays—multiple riders assigned and reassigned while M.A.K. Halal Coventry falsely marked the order as “wrapping” when it wasn’t even ready!
🔸 After all the waiting, the order arrived INCOMPLETE! A large beef sizzler pizza was missing, and the feast boxes contained only burgers—none of the other included items were there!
🔸 The driver and I tried calling M.A.K. Halal Coventry, but their number was constantly busy. No response, no accountability!

💰 This is FRAUD. Taking full payment and failing to deliver what was promised is not just bad service—it’s outright theft. Customers should NOT have to beg for what they’ve already paid for!

😡 This isn’t just about me—this could happen to anyone. It’s time we hold businesses accountable for such negligence. A restaurant and a delivery service that can’t get the basics right shouldn’t be operating.

I had a karak coffee from their new range and I must say it's a great tasting coffee, had a nice kick to it.

The food was amazing same with the experience the man at the counter was very nice and helped us order our food!!! 10/10 would definitely come here again!!

I recently visited Mak Halal on Ladypool road Birmingham and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations. The food was absolutely delicious - the burgers were juicy, the fries were crispy, and the hot wings were Hot.But what really set this place apart was the incredible service from Luqman. He greeted us with a warm smile, made us feel welcome, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience.

Luqman was incredibly attentive, constantly checking in on us to see if we needed anything.
He let us sample some tea on the house for some feedback. To top it off, he surprised us with a complimentary order of fries, because of a slight delay in getting some sauces to use which was a lovely gesture.

Overall, I was extremely impressed with the service and would highly recommend it to others. I will definitely be returning in the future, not just for the great food, but also for the outstanding customer service.Thank you, Luqman, for making our dining experience memorable. Five stars all around!

I ordered food from mak halal hallgreen. I stated the time for collection. Went to collect and they gave me food which looked like it was cooked hours earlier. The fries were stone cold, hard cold and stale sticks. Burgers and chicken salad also unedible. I called and made a complaint to which they gave me a load of excuses and no offer of refund or apology. Very rude and unprofessional behaviour from manager and staff. Place is dirty and they have a trap door infront of the counter which is a accident hazard as people have stumbled over it. There are serious hygiene and food quality issues which trading standards need to look into before someone ends up seriously ill. Stay away and spend your hard earned money wisely

The food arrived stone cold and missing item of order would not bother ordering over priced food again

Our server musho was brilliant from the get go with all the things I had to change in our order she aas brilliant even the la torre being plain. She was a great host and had a laugh with us also nothing was too much trouble we've all left with over full bellies and can't wait to come back

Lovely customer service at the Birmingham branch amazing food very accommodating for a large family. Very halal. They were trying to replace products on the bds list usually found in restaurants such as coke and Oreos used in desserts. Alhumdulilah definitely a good Muslim business to support.

The customer service was very bad . I will never come back again.
