Dealing with Makkah Tour was one of the worst experience I had in my life with so much lies ,deception and unprofessional attitude , Forced to pay extra money for every thing due to change of Airline and Hotels booking, Unreliable, untruthful, doesn't keep there promises would not recommend there service to anybody.

I was served by Honey for my Umrah package - he was very helpful and helped me chose the right hotel and he sorted out everything else needed to complete my umrah package. Highly recommend.

Booked our Umrah package with this company & what a disaster it was.. We booked 5 months prior to flying & were told everything is booked. However a few days before we were due to fly we had to chase for our confirmations (several times), then when we did manage to get the confirmations the hotels we wanted weren't even booked, instead we got such a rubbish hotel that we did not even want. And the hotel they only booked for 4 adults, did not even mention to the hotel there are 2 children travelling as well! Avoid booking with Syed Israr & also their complaint person/manager Shahzad is equally useless, when we tried to complain about the agent we were dealing with and Shehzad said he would 'deal' with it but in fact he just passed us back to the agent we were complaining about! When we got to Makkah we were told our agent hasn't even paid for our breakfast so we missed 3 days breakfast, then whilst we were there we had to call this company & only then their 'vendor' paid for it. It was a shambles from start to finish. AVOID at all costs, in fact try booking yourself, I have heard from many peers how it is better to book yourself. These agents lie on a daily basis and they are so good at it, that's the sad part. Never would I book with this company nor would I recommend to anyone. Doesn't even deserve a 1 star

I recently realised I had paid a deposit amount for a ummrah trip in 2018 to this company, (the trip was cancelled prior to travelling in 2018 by myself). I contacted the company approx 2 weeks (mid July 2022) ago to request a full refund as I was no longer interested to book a new holiday or ummrah trip with there company. After a lengthy email conversation with the director and staff they have now fully refunded my deposit to my bank account today. The director and staff dealt with my query swiftly with empathy, they were always graceful and remained professional and courteous in resolving my refund query.

Efficient service always! Honey made sure he delivered the best service. Honey made me feel comfortable and made sure I could trust him throughout the whole experience. I will be using him for my future bookings 100%

I randomly submitted details of my travel and departure on the Makkah Tours website not knowing how quick they would be to respond. Nothing was planned for me I was just thinking of going but not exactly sure when.
Brother Kaleem called me the next day confirming he received the application and started by taking me through the process, dates and accommodations.
He was so good with communicating with me and any changes that took place from my end of his.
He was also active through what’s app and phone so I was reassured about my travel and stay. He made everything fall into place and Alhumdulilah in April I finally went for my first umrah with me family. I’m very grateful that brother Kaleem helped me so much.
He sent all documents and reassured me that I was going to have the best time- which he was correct about. Not only did he send me my documents once they were confirmed but he also sent it to me the day before I was about to fly to make sure I had everything. A day before flying I was called to confirm details and documents. He called me on the airport to make sure all went well and before I boarded the plane. As it was my first time in Saudi Arabia he also helped me understand how to get a sim and who to contact once I landed. Brother Kaleem made sure the transport company/ driver had my details so I wouldn’t have to go through a hassle for anything. Brother Kaleem was in contact with me throughout my whole stay in Saudi Arabia and made sure I knew I was checking out and my driver would be ready to pick me up.
Thank you brother Kaleem for the immense help throughout my journey of going to Saudi Arabia. You made it come true!
