I bought a ticket from this company to Ghana on 26/07 and my return ticket from 16/07 to London , I don’t want to explain much but if you want to risk ur money or waste ur time at the airport you can buy ticket from them . WARNING!!!😭😭😭😭

This is the second time that we have booked our Umrah with Farhan from Makkah Tours and, on both occasions, the professionalism and service was exceptional.

We were guided through the myriad of new rules and procedures with the highest levels of respect and courtesy. Even when we had some problems with our hotel bookings, Farhan was always available at the other end of the line to sort it out.

Makkah Tour organized a Umrah trip for a party of 8 for December 2021 for us. From the start the communication and the amount of information provided by the Makkah Tour agent (Nadeem Gill) was excellent. The trip was organized by us out of USA and Makkah Tour did an excellent job with organizing the whole trip. Their information regarding the COVID situation was up to date and very clear.

Alhumdullilah my first ever Umrah experience was amazing thanks to Farhan at Makkah tours. From the initial enquiry i made, up to the date i travelled, Farhan made everything so perfect and explained everything in detail. No matter how many questions we had he was always happy to help. The hotel, transit and flight was as described by Farhan and our package was at a very good price. Thank you so much Makkah tours for making this an unforgettable experience. October 2019, a day before my flight, I was in their office in Tooting, literally crying for the amount of trouble & pain they gave me, their call centre is in Lahore and AREEB SULEMAN (sitting in Lahore) is the crafty, dodgy and sly man who I hope has been fired by his boss...
Booked package 5 months in advance, every few days Areeb used to inform me about the change in the price and availability of the hotels I requested, 1 day Areeb would say that b/fast is included in my package and after few days he would deny saying that its room only, had to send him his email few times as a proof that he promised b/fast package and then he used to include it again (like a yoyo) sometimes won't reply to my messages for days. My wife's Umrah visa was given to me a day before our flight. She was so very upset and wondering if she will go for Umrah (this was her first time to Umrah)

Spoke to their managers, namely Nauman, Mudassar, Mehak and some other names (I can't recall) on different occasions about Areeb giving problems and they would reassure that from now on we will take care and escalate your issue don't worry but still all in vain.
I was dropping tears in their office in Tooting on the phone to their call centre in Lahore when somehow their boss heard me and told off their staff for giving trouble and I got the hotels that I wanted, but after so much pain and anger, seems like trouble was been given on purpose.
AREEB SULEMAN didn't even have the courtesy and decency to apologise for what he did over the months to me.
I wonder that these Umrah operators, do they ever realise as to what on earth are the earning by giving so much trouble to people who are going for pilgrimage to the Holy Land?? They forget that they will have to pay a very heavy price on judgement day In Shaa Allah.
MAKKAH TOUR and 7-CONTINENTS TRAVEL LTD are same company and maybe they operate under other names too so be aware please.

I have given them 1 star because that's the least requirement, otherwise they don't even deserve that....

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM IF YOU DON'T WANT TO CRY.

Kaleem give us very suitable umrah packages, help us with all of our inquiries, thank you for all your efforts.

I completed their form for Umrah visa and nobody contacted me. I call them and talked to Mahabad Osman, who gave me extensive information and based on that I asked him what and when I wanted individual Umrah visa which was all agreed by him and was told he will email me with details. He gave me his direct number. Again few days latter, no news, I called him and asked him what happened. He said was waiting for updated price and will let me know the same day. He was very impatient and wanted to cut me short sniff not polite at all. After a week I still didn’t hear anything from him. Such a bed experience and even worst customer service.
I contacted other agency snd had the same day details and price and booked my tour.
Shame on you to let people down.
