I’ve emailed twice and had no response

I’ve emailed twice and had no response. Seems the company is happy to take the money and not to for fill the order. Gutted as the persons birthday is long gone now.

UPDATE: All has been sorted and received my order! Eric was great.

Two months ago I ordered two…

Two months ago I ordered two personalised marshmallows for my grandchildren but I'm yet to receive them I have contacted mallowme twice now to get an update via email but have yet to receive any response I hate giving bad reviews but after paying out the money 8 weeks ago and no response I'm not very satisfied with this company

I have now had contact with mallow me the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and despatched both item for next day delivery which I have now received thankyou mallowme for dealing very efficiently with the issue once it was raised.

Never recieved my order. Few weeks later was resolved.

Didn't recieve my order for a few weeks and tried to contact them through the website but they never replied. Emailed an email address found by there responses on here a few weeks later and got a quick response to get this issue resolved.

I ordered a large printed mallow for my…

I ordered a large printed mallow for my dad's birthday and waited 9 days before I contacted them through their site . No answer, I then emailed them directly and got a reply two days later saying it was being done and dried the following day then would be sent out. Apparently because Vodafone had an offer on it was taking 14 days now, however I've been waiting longer than that.
I have since had a phone call from one of the owners and he couldnt have been lovelier and any more apologetic . As a small business owner I know that things happen sometimes . I have received a full refund and have discussed using the company in conjunction with my photography business .
Well done for being so personable and sorting this out for me . Everyone deserves a second chance , therefore I will order again , just because of the personal call and apology . Thank you!!

Crushed in transit, Ghosted by Mallow Me. Resolved

Bought a printed marshmallow as a gift for a friend Xmas 21. When it arrived it was packaged in an inadequate jiffy bag and had been crushed in transit. Emailed to ask for a replacement and received a reply to say one would be sent. However no replacement has arrived and my emails are now unanswered. Update: Mallowme did eventually get in touch, apologised for the delay and resent the gift.

Update: After a telephone call I have received a refund and an apology voucher. Issue has been resolved satisfactorily.

Product not arrived. Ordered two products on 10th December and only received one. Sent three emails and have not heard back.

2nd negative review….

In April I placed an order via a voucher code for a giant mallow. This was for an anniversary present for my husband so I left plenty of time. I had 3 emails in regarding the whereabouts of the mallow and had no contact.
I posted a review on here and the owner got in touch, apologising profusely, gave a refund of the monies paid and said to ‘make right’ of the situation ask for a voucher code at some point in the future and I can gain a replacement mallow with compliments, in return for removing the original review. So I did.
I got in contact towards my husband birthday with hopes of getting one for him for October, allowing plenty of time again. I was given a voucher code to use at checkout, which didn’t work. So I tried on the email again (apparently their personal one, so it would be seen at home or at work) and have had no contact back since then. Yet again I am writing a negative review which will not be removed as I think it’s important to show the true colours of this company and how their profile is more important than actual customer satisfaction. It’s a strange one on me as I’ve never had this occur before but it’s definitely a company I will avoid, as will others I have spoken to and maybe even those who read this review. Who knows…
