Its been 3 weeks and no delivery. I've emailed twice and had no reply. Absolute shambles.

Useless customer service!

Order arrived only to be completely blurred and so faint you could barely see the printing. Contacted customer service several times before they eventually got back to me I’m promised a replacement and a refund. Neither of these have happened! Have contacted them three more times and still no response!

Completely useless company, shoddy products and dreadful customer service!

*Update - after leaving this review and a comment on social media was finally contacted by customer services only to tell me that they are a small family company, the issue was probably with my image, and have provided me with a refund. Still wouldn’t recommend the company and won’t be using them in the future!

I had cancelled my order but they still sent it to me, which was incredibly kind. I’d been previously frustrated with a lack of contact after reaching out to customer service but this had been due to staff absence, and they were very helpful when they were able to get in touch. Thanks, Mallow Me!!

Arrived really blurry, such a shame, have let them know but no response as yet.

Really great customer service.
I haven't received my item yet so I can't review that. However I had one small problem whilst creating my Mallowme, so I emailed the company expecting a reply in a few days. But they responded almost instantly. This kind of customer service is pretty much unheard of these days. So they have definitely made a loyal customer out of me.

The marshmallow turned up very blurry and two weeks late.
The company didn’t reply to emails BUT are quick to respond to instagram messages.
They’re a small family business looking for a break and have reimbursed me and offered me a free replacement for another occasion.
I hope they rectify whatever issues they have because this has the potential to be a really super fun and special gift for occasions.

Update - MallowMe have reached out and done everything they can to address the original concerns raised. Neither I or they have been able to replicate the problems since. Thank-you, and great to see genuine customer service still exists. My rating has been adjusted to reflect our conversation. Best of luck with your business.

First time trying out the product and service, as it was a free offer, just pay postage. Ordered a photo printed large Marshmallow. Delivery time was pretty good, the quality of the picture printing was disappointing. We can recognise the image, but quite blurry. I don't think I would order again except as a novelty.

Some concerns over delays to responding to service queries on data security. These were dealt with rapidly once they were aware.

Placed order and only received half of what I ordered. Contantacted the company over several weeks before someone responded. They promised I would get my item before Christmas 2020 and it’s now The end of April 2021.....terrible customer service

Ordered a mallow for my grandsons birthday, it turned out fantastic! Arrived on time, he was delighted, seeing his face light up was a delight. Will be ordering again for other occasions. Thank you.

Such a fun gift! I bought this as a joke for my brother of a photo of him and me to cheer him up. He absolutely loved it. It's a pretty big marshmallow so it had the Wow novelty factor I was looking for.

Ordered a Christmas present from this website, was promised it would arrive on Christmas Eve. Not only did it not arrive, but it did not arrive at all. When I got in contact through the means suggested on their website, I never received a reply. Money down the drain.
