I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Mr Malluci for a cosmetic procedure, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. He is an incredibly talented and skilled surgeon with a great team.

My first ever surgical and non surgical cosmetic procedures. I was a little apprehensive and nervous about having some procedures performed on my eyes. I have to say that the environment Patrick and his team have created, as well as their honest and insightful approach to both the recommended procedures and towards me, filled the void of confidence.

From the first meetings, to the subsequent procedures and the follow up sessions I have been very satisfied - hence the 5 stars for my overall experience.

MLD Sonia has been a crucial part of my post surgery recovery. Not only did I see physical changes but also made a huge difference to how I felt. Sonia is incredibly knowledgeable on the physical and psychological drivers of a smooth recovery which is an added bonus to the sesssion. Above all, Sonia's positive and upbeat attitude makes her a pleasure to be around.

Dr Jana is the best , I have been having filler in my nose for the last 3 years and it has been life changing. Dr Jana has such a great eye for detail and is a complete perfectionist ,I thoroughly recommend seeing her for any aesthetic treatments !

I really enjoy going to Dr. Jana. I've had Botox done by her about 8 times (forehead, frown lines and crow's feet) and I'm totally satisfied every time. I have had two surgeries with Dr Mallucci over the last 4 years. These were for ‘cosmetic’ issues, which some might call superficial, but which were significantly affecting my self-esteem and quality of life. Mr Mallucci was very honest about the trade-offs between reducing the problem I was perceiving and increased scarring, the risks, and the alternatives, and this really helped me decide. The results were brilliant! The care I received prior to, during and after the surgeries was faultless and I felt safe and in the best hands throughout. I had done quite a bit of research prior to choosing Dr Mallucci for my first surgery and had a recommendation, and I can confirm that I made a great decision. I have also seen Dr Jana at the Kensington clinic for skin treatments. The consistently great results I get from my treatments with her make me reluctant to change, even if it is a bit cheaper elsewhere. She is also very conscientious and makes sure you are comfortable and in minimum pain. I love going to Mallucci London and their whole team is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

I had Botox with Dr Jana and she was brilliant. You can really trust her depth of expertise and I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend the wonderful Dr Vogt and will definitely keep seeing her for Botox!

Breast Reduction – February 2020

I chose Dr Mallucci on recommendation. The service prior to, during and directly after operation was superb.

The pandemic meant follow ups were on Zoom with a view to a face to face after the pandemic, where I first raised my concern about nipples not being aligned and was assured this would likely settle - it didnt.

So, when I returned several months later to discuss nipple mis-alignment, I was told that I was over-reacting and that the result was a huge improvement and that 95% of women would not consider making the adjustment. I was adamant I wanted it corrected as my nipples were at two different levels.

The correction was booked in for July 2021 and after a 2-hour train journey I arrived 15 minutes before I was due for surgery (as advised). I was left waiting for almost 2 hours, with no interaction from staff to apologise or explain. Alal the time I was getting more and more anxious about the pending procedure, assuring myself it would be OK as I would have sedation. Twice I had to stop someone to find out what was happening,.

When I eventually went in to have my nipple removed and re-sited, I was given no sedation – just local anaesthetic. I shook all the way through, it was extremely painful and left me feeling traumatised. I voiced my concerns and was told that it was a straight forward simple procedure and should not be painful. It was extremely painful, I felt every injection and every cut that was made.

After surgery I was told by Dr Mallucci as he glanced over his shoulder, to book in for a follow up. I was then led back to a grim changing/locker room to get ready and leave. Before I left I did have the chance to speak to one of the assistants and told her I felt traumatised, and she seemed surprised I had not received sedation.

I vomited in the street soon after, before boarding the train with my husband, to take the 2-hour journey home. I shook for at least an hour following this. I was very shocked.

I chose not to bother with a follow up appointment given the way I had been treated at this stage of the process. And no, I didn’t write in at the time, as it seemed pointless given the fact that Dr Mallucci didn’t seem keen to even carry out the correction procedure in the first place. He had told me 95 % of women would not have considered it an issue!! The decline in bedside manner from paying patient, to free follow up correction was huge.

I realise that now, almost two years on I am still slightly traumatised and very shocked for what I endured that day. I can talk about it and I do talk about it to friends and people considering breast surgery.

Original operation was February 2020 and correction was July 2021 (delays due to pandemic). Unable to put this in to the calendar below as it doesnt cover those dates !

I recently had day surgery at the Malluci South Kensington clinic to remove a lipoma with Dr Jana Vogt. I was extremely well looked after through the consultation, surgery to the follow up. I am very happy with the functional and cosmetic outcome of the surgery and would highly recommend Dr Vogt.
