Never had a negative experience
We have been using Maltbys for about a year. We buy pigs ears, rabbit ears and camel skin. Delivery is always prompt and our dog loves his treats. They’re good value too.

I bought some dog treats from maltbys…
I bought some dog treats from maltbys on the 19 Dec and got the confirmation email from them then on the 20 Dec 8.44am i got a email saying that my order had been shipped and gave me a tracking number but then on the same day at 11.00am they sent me another email saying that my order had been cancelled without any explanation or apology so I got in touch with them and they told me they had cancelled the order so they can put the price up to over double what I paid so I think it's safe to say that I will be looking elsewhere for my dog treats

Highly recommended dog treats
Ordered via Amazon. Both deliveries came promptly (who cares about a day or so for receiving dog/animal treats?).
Packed well and as described. Dog loves all the treats/chews.
I will buy again.

what berk thinks it clever to shovel 12.5 kegs of loose tiny suet pellets into a sagging and possibly second hand cardboard box, VERY
poorly secured with several layers of wrinkled parcel tape and leaking at all seams on arrival. Goodness knows how much went missing in transit; every time I moved it it left trails all over the place , from the garden path to the porch mat and then into house. Not even a plastic bag from lining the box. I had to go to town to buy a plastic box to hold it, and getting the stuff into it meant an avalanche of pellets falling from all box seams.
NEVER AGAIN.. at leat the birds like the remnants,

Cannot Recommend
Ordered bird peanuts from Maltbys via Amazon. Delivery date came and went. Maltbys carrier deemed package ‘undeliverable’ without explanation, Amazon automatically refunded. Looks like Maltbys have a problem, will avoid in future.
