When I tailgated on the TFL network, I did not understand the severity of my actions. Nor did I realise that if that it could lead to a criminal record.
I could not believe that I was about to put my entire career at harm because of a train fare offence.

After searching online, I realised the severity of fare evasion and how TFL prosecute almost everyone as this is a strict liability offence and they sufficient evidence available to bring a prosecution
against you. I lost all hope and thought my future was ruined because of this.

I started searching for help and came across many fare evasion solicitors. I contacted many but they did not seem confident at all and I became very hesitant. The ethics of this company are highly questionable - my advice - AVOID THIS ORGANISATION.
Nosheen Bukhari, who works for Manak Solicitors as a solicitor & commissioner for Oaths, witnessed 6 statutory declarations on 23/4/24 for a planning application within the parish of Hever.
These 6 declarations were of highly dubious veracity and cast massive doubt about the integrity of Manak Solicitors.
I think the law society would take a dim view of this unprofessional activity.
